Usual Holiday Inn Express quality, no surprise or disappointment. Good value for money, great breakfast.

good staff very helpful especially reservation manager. clean room one more have to upgrade a bit, breakfast should have fried eggs

The location is very nice and the staff are very friendly. I recommend.

Hotel is located a short walk from the centre. Facilities good - room was spacious and clean.

We had a fabulous weekend And the holiday inn at Windsor was 100% immaculate the staff n service and breakfast was amazing Thankyou Windsor staff you are amazing Well done 🤗

All was ok. But nothing more. Sheets were clean, bathroom too. Surfaces in the room could have used a bit more attention. The bed's mattress was ok, the pullout sofa or couch was very uncomfortable even for the weight of a child. The windows do not protect the room from outside noises. All of the staff was very nice and beyond helpful.

Too far from the station, we needed to walk around 20 mins. Breadfast is included and it was not too bad, full English breadfast. The room was clean and quick check-in from the reception. Tea/coffee provided in the room.

Great service. Location isn’t too bad. About a 20min walk to the castle and station. Very clean, price was a bit much but it was last minute and coronation weekend.

We only had breakfast. The juice was just water by time I we wanted one. And it was not refilled. The sausage was also not good. Food kept running out and there was no one to monitor the stock. I was locked out twice the room and had to go to the reception to have the access key re activated. The room was okay.

總體來説各方面都很好，就是隔音有點差，隔壁房間説話聽得一清二楚。還有一點不太理解，為什麼和隔壁房間要設定一個連通的門，一開始給我嚇到了。但是總體來説還是挺不錯的

酒店離温莎城堡比較近，提供免費停車，停車場在負一樓，有電梯，這個很重要，對於有行李的旅客非常方便。訂的這間家庭房比較大，有個沙發床，很適合一家三口住。 酒店提供自助餐，就餐在一樓，早點去人少，環境優美。

服務態度非常好，但隔音很差，基本有人門外走過及樓上的聲音會很清楚，設施都不是十分多，對我來說有地下停車場可直達樓層很好

酒店早餐品類少，房間中規中矩，提前鋪好了沙發床，位置離地鐵站和公交站比較近。我們按了打掃衞生，但是到晚上了一直沒有來，沒有辦法衹有打電話給前台先把房間的垃圾桶清理一下。個人覺得不匹配3000一晚的價格。留言了高樓層，結果給我們安排在一樓。

酒店距離温莎城堡步行約30分鐘，酒店工作人員有不錯的，也有特別糟糕的，已入住上百家的HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS，通常智選假日平時都是我的首選。 但這家温莎智選假日不推薦入住！
