"We arrived a bit before 2pm. Sign said to use rear entrance. On entry the office is closed with a sign to call a number. We were then guided over the phone to our room. As it hadn't been cleaned yet, he handed us over to the cleaners who gave us another room that was cleaned and sorted the key for us. Very unprofessional, but the cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The room has one glass and one towel, so had to get an extra of each. The room was clean and functional, but very old and dated with some mould in the shower. Our room was in the mail hotel building. A newer building was at the back and these were probably nicer. It is cheap though, so I suppose you get what you pay for."

"The price is very cheap, so the requirements are not high. The facilities are sufficient. The bed is surprisingly comfortable and there is no smell. Except for the bathroom water, which is a bit small, it takes a while to take a shower, but the hot water is sufficient."

"Very disappointed. Stayed there a year ago and very pleased with room & meal. Not so this year, carpet in room very badly stained which made rest of room feel dirty. Armchairs also could do with a clean. Bathroom was fine. Meal in dining room very average. Chips were cold & no taste to salt & pepper squid. Snitzels were just thrown on plate with pile of chips, certainly did not look appetising. Salad bar excellent. Took 1 hr for our meals to come out."
