Ulasan Wow Hotel

I really regretted choosing this hotel. No one of staff of the hotel speaks English. there is no elevator, the stairs are very inconvenient. At first they gave me a room on the 2nd floor, where in the corridor RIGHT UNDER MY DOOR a man was smoking, sitting on the floor. Apparently it's normal to smoke right in the hotel. All rooms have a terrible smell of cigarettes. this is just disgusting, I booked a non-smoking room. They changed my room, but it still smelled of cigarettes. All rooms are heavily smoky... in the room there was no shampoo, no refrigerator, no kettle, no ceramic mug, no hairdryer, no wardrobe or hanger, nothing in general. The bed linen is all stained and does not look fresh. There is no soundproofing, I lived on the ground floor and heard all the sounds from outside. Thank God I only needed to spend 2 nights in Jakarta. I've been to Jakarta many times and this is the worst accommodation I've ever rented in this city.

The rooms are all smoking rooms, so the room smells of smoke. It is very unacceptable. There is a lot of food in the small world outside at night. I am not sure whether the location is good or not. It takes about 5 minutes to walk there by taking the red line.

they said non-smoking room but all the rooms are smoking rooms, the smell sticks again. the room looks like it hasn't been swept, the bathroom is cleaned as needed, but there is no intention to provide hotel slippers. The room we were given even had a bathroom, it was really dirty. Luckily we were moved to another room which was cleaner, but it still smelled of cigarettes, even the sheets had cigarette holes. the only good thing here is the Netflix and even though the AC is old it is still cold, and the hot water works well. outside there is a dispenser with a choice of hot, medium and cold using a gallon of water.

The toilet was broken, which was a bit of a hassle. In the middle of the night, locals gathered in front of the hotel and in the lobby, so it was quite noisy.

Apart from the cleanliness of the room, the rest is really unremarkable
