Super worth it ang stay, kulang ang 1 day, for sure babalik kami, super ganda ng view and malapit lang sa mga landmarks. Good quality din ang buffet style breakfast nila and ang ganda ng pool❤️

Our family had a good time staying in the hotel. I love the hotel’s location as it is accessible. The rest room needs renovation and improvement since there is a water leak. Hopefully the pool area can also be improved and beautified so more guests will be encouraged to stay and have some good time.

It's my favorite hotel. Closest to home. This is my 3rd time booking this hotel. I usually booked this hotel when there is a special occasion. Friendly and accomodating staff. Delicious food, especially the chicken adobo during breakfast. A must try! I will definitely book again. Thank you Summit Ridge Hotel.

Great staycation we had in Summit Ridge! The staff are friendly and go beyond their tasks. We wanted to have a drink but the restaurant is close. The front desk and the guard opened it for us. They took our order and let us stay at the terrace. WoW experience!

Good location. The staff are very accommodating. Lobby area is clean and very nice. However the room (and upper lobby) needs renovation. Lots of floor tiles are broken, in the lobby, elevator, comfort room, room and balcony. Bed is nice and comfy. Shower works fine and water heater works. The staff are nice and friendly and attentive. But what annoyed us the most during our stay was the door lock system. It keeps on alarming! Even in the middle of the night it just suddenly goes off without anyone touching it. So annoying! I hope they do something about it.

Thanks for the Amazing view! My family had so much fun exploring the city. We were expecting for a breakfast buffet but we were told they weren’t enough guest to cater. Food was great tho. A deep cleaning in the room is a must as there is visible molds, ants and stains in the room. Good thing is, we didn’t stay in the room the entire day since we were busy exploring the city.

Pros: The service is good. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Good location. Near to sky ranch and Robinsons.
Cons: The rooms needs some renovations.
During our stay, our first room, the door going to the veranda cannot be closed and there’s a water leak in the toilet. The next day we requested for room transfer. They transferred us to a new room. There’s no more water leak in the toilet, the door to the veranda is working but there’s a water leak from the air con. We didn’t complain anymore since the next day we are checking out.
Make sure you will not stain the bed covers and duvet because they will charge you.

Best location, best view, nice breakfast. The room and the TV just need upgrading. And I wish there was a security box or a safe. Very comfortable bed though, we did have a nice sleep.

the location is nice near from grocery and other restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the floor is so dirty when we checkin. My daughter walk on the floor not wearing shoes or socks and her feet was super dirty! Also the toilet has bad smell. The hallway at 7th floor is so creepy and we can hear some noise on the other rooms. The Curtains on the balcony is also dirty. Also the toilet has low water pressure. The pool is also dirty theres a lot of sand. overall the cleanliness of this hotel is terrible! Not child friendly hotel.

The lobby is big and nice. The view from the room is awesome. But the service esp housekeeping is very very slow. Requested for extra towel twice and didn’t get them. The rooms are not very clean. The bed linens smell. The floor is dusty. The toilet bowl flush in room 808 is defective, so my relatives had to use the toilet at connecting room 807.
The worst experience is that we initially booked direct at hotel website suite which was cancelled by hotel without informing me. Learned about it when we called their Manila booking office to find out about early check in and was told that my booking was cancelled by Tagaytay hotel. And it’s impossible to call Tagaytay hotel — the numbers are either only ringing or not getting connected. Tried doing so for half a day which wasted a lot of my time so this decided to book thru Trip.
