設施：很齊全，有一次性的用品，包括浴巾和毛巾，不用我自帶了，我個人比較講究，不喜歡用公用的這種用品。然後就是有洗衣房，我天天下海，衣服經常弄濕，回來就洗衣服蠻方便的，就是沒有烘乾，但是這個季節搭陽台一晚上也就幹了。還配備了冰箱，買的東西也可以放到冰箱裏。 衞生：衞生還可以 環境：環境很安靜，位置靠近葡萄灘浴場，很幽靜，不會有遊客吵吵鬧鬧的睡不着，我自己睡眠質量不好，一旦有聲音我就睡不着，安靜這一點我很肯定這家！ 服務：很親切，房東人很温柔很好講話，有需求都會盡量滿足，我差點把房卡弄丟了，也沒有讓我賠償，而是對我説，先去玩吧，找不到我們再配一個，我當時都要感動了淚目了，房東人真的好温柔。
