Weihai Baina Ruiting Hotel (Weihai Center)

Here’s a balanced review that highlights both the good location and the problems without sounding overly harsh: Good location, but room comfort and laundry facilities need improvement The hotel is in a very convenient location, directly opposite WEGO Shopping Mall, so it’s easy to find food, shopping and other amenities nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was the sea view, and we were able to watch a beautiful sunrise from the room. Unfortunately, the room itself was not very comfortable. The air-conditioning was not working well, which made the room feel quite warm and stuffy. We informed the hotel, and the staff responded by providing us with an additional fan. I appreciate their effort and the service was generally good, but for a hotel of this standard, the air-conditioning should be properly maintained. Another issue was the laundry area. There were simply not enough machines for the number of guests, and almost every time we went there, people were queuing and waiting to use them. This was quite inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has a good location, helpful staff and a nice sea view, especially for watching the sunrise. However, the air-conditioning and laundry facilities definitely need improvement. I would have enjoyed the stay much more if the room had been cooler and more comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed by the warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was smooth, and they were always happy to answer any questions with a smile, making us feel right at home. I also want to give a special mention to the security guard, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He greeted guests warmly every time we passed by and went out of his way to assist whenever needed. It’s these little gestures that make a stay so much more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a rich and generous spread with plenty of options to choose from. Whether you prefer local dishes, Western breakfast items, fresh fruits, pastries, or cereals, there was something for everyone. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well replenished, even during the busy breakfast hours. Overall, the excellent service, warm staff, and delicious breakfast made this a memorable experience. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality, and I look forward to coming back again in the future.

Pleasant stay! Got a free upgrade and early check in. Very nice room, good fragrance and service. There’s a laundry room and fitness centre too.

Comfortable and spacious room. Convenient location and kids play room was fun for my 2 year old. Very friendly and helpful staff - front desk 宋雪was proactive in helping with my takeaway order and check out, housekeeper 张云锋 ensured that my room was clean and tidy, handwritten notes everyday with little surprises left in the room, also super friendly. Stay was enjoyable.

Ok good job.

Very good good.

Hotel service was excellent and staffs are very friendly and also helpful. Room was huge and facing a nice view, amenities were topped up every cleaning. Great location, near the city and opposite is a mall. Easy to access to everywhere and there is bus stop just in front of the hotel. 👍

Hotel location is excellent, opposite a shopping mall. The hotel was quite old. Staff are friendly。

The family room is big and comes with separate room. Provide privacy foe family of 4. Hotel is cleaned and service is good. Location is good also as opposite is a big shopping mall and walking distance to a night market. I would recommend to anyone to stay here in Weihai.
