So Cool so nice so happy!

I have been living in China for five years and have travelled extensively in that time. This is one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. The staff are all kind, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is in a wonderful, central location close to many interesting activities and attractions. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic view. Breakfast was excellent. So was the lunch buffet on the 6th floor, and dinner in the restaurant on the 20th floor. I hope to return soon.

Aged facilities but great service with all sorts of welcome treats, heated bottles of water and gifts. We’ve been really well taken care of during our stay. Not to mention the great buffet. Manager Sunny Feng and colleagues were professional and helpful. Seniors of the family were happy about the entire journey.

Good hotel

The Bright Hotel is perhaps the best Hotel we have stayed at in China whilst visiting over 80 cities. The building is not imposing but the hotel itself is super. The staff have an attitude of ‘what can I do to make your stay the best ever ‘ and it shows . The food and the kitchen staff are the terrific because the food is truly delicious . Little touches like a small plate of fresh fruit adds a little extra to the visit . Added extras like guests washing and drying facilities makes laundry easy and being situated in the Gym gives opportunities to work out . If you are on a business or holiday trip you will not regret staying at the Bright Hotel .

The refrigerator in the room was not working

Really sad! This is our go-to hotel when we come to town but this time it was terrible. The kitchen was closed and the breakfast offer very poor. The staff treated us like leppers and I had to ask for new towels, coffee and even toilet paper. Weihai is so frightened of the virus that their service had gone to the dogs. Such a sorry state of affairs.

Nice hotel with a great location

Friendly and warm hearted service, convenient location in city center and not far away from seaside promenade- room interior complete and they offer fruit or biscuit each day - breakfast buffet is rich and delicious-I will come again here when in Weihai

The hotel is very family-friendly! The facilities, sanitation and service are perfect! The parent-child room is on the 8th floor. The bed is comfortable and the children sleep well. There is a check-in activity to exchange for gifts. The children's playground is super happy. The afternoon tea on the 20th floor can enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is just after coming out of the tunnel when you come back from the west. It is very close to Liugong Island and Xingfumen is just around the corner. Weigao Plaza at the door is convenient for eating and ordering takeout, but the most delicious and convenient is the 6th floor of the hotel. The food is delivered to the room~ The taste is amazing! The self-service laundry and drying on the 7th floor is also very convenient~ Super! Before leaving, the housekeeping and the front desk gave the children gifts. I am happy 🥳 I will stay here again when I come to Weihai next time!

The hotel service is particularly good. I took my family out for a May Day trip and searched for a hotel for a long time. I thought the facilities of this hotel would be relatively old. After checking in, I found that it had been renovated. The environment is very good, the night view is beautiful, and all the room services are very considerate. Next time I come to Weihai, I will still choose Baina Radiance.
