"1. Harganya wajar mengingat reputasinya sebagai Ramada. 2. Fasilitasnya tua dan lusuh. Jendela-jendela di kamar sudah rusak, menunjukkan kurangnya perhatian terhadap perawatan dan penggantian. 3. Fasilitasnya sudah tua, dan debu menumpuk di setiap sudut kamar, membuatnya cukup berdebu. Pembersihan tampaknya sulit. 4. Sungai dan Taman Rakyat berada di dekatnya, sehingga nyaman untuk berjalan-jalan, dan Stasiun Kereta Weifang berjarak 10 menit berjalan kaki. Lokasinya cukup baik. 5. Sarapannya sesuai standar hotel bintang dua. Suasana restorannya juga buruk, mengingat reputasinya sebagai Ramada.
