I was clean and I had no trouble extending my stay, but it would be nice to be handed a paper receipt for my stay. The breakfast was good. I just would have liked to have a paper receipt. When I asked for one, they kind of looked at me like I was crazy. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

202 is the water balcony and it's the best room by a mile with a balcony that spans 20 feet of walkable space, full compliment of premium DirecTV channels and a spacious, cozy, and romantic environment. Service San be spotty at times but most are very courteous.

The room we stayed in was by the highway so it was a little noisy early morning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room temperature was good. Water was really hot which was nice for showers. Breakfast was ok but no hot food except make yourself waffles. If you wanted hot scrambled eggs you had to microwave them.

Room was on opposite end of property from highway so it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and room temperature was good. Water was hot for showers. Towels were a little thin. Facility is not fancy but it is ok. Clean rooms. Did notice light around the door as if it was not shut tightly but did close completely and lock so we felt safe. Breakfast was ok but no hot food except the waffles. Microwave was available to warm up the premade eggs but we didn't try that.

Every thing was convenient. I would change two things. If they want to use fabric shower curtains the cleaning staff should replace freshly washed curtains after each guest. The other option would be to provide gluten free rice cereal. I was able to eat instant grits.

Simple, clean, and quiet. This isn’t the Four Seasons but it’s in the middle of nowhere yet exceeded my standards by far. Quietest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Property was a little worn and could use some updates. Overall it was clean and convenient. Breakfast was good and each floor had a working ice machine and vending machines. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The linens on the bed and the towels were worn and needed replacing. The breakfast was plentiful and well attended to but the quality of the food was lacking. Good coffee.

Loved the king bed! It was so comfortable, the pillows were great, super soft sheets and didnt smell like bleach thank god. Very clean room. Front desk Jackie was very nice and welcoming! Hard working staff and really friendly! Will be back!

Pretty nice hotel.. the hot tub quit working.. the only person on staff didn’t know how to fix it but she eventually called someone and they helped her get it fixed and going . The tap to pay on the Pepsi machine didn’t work but the card reader did. In our room one of the drawers under the tv would not stay closed. It kept sliding back out. Minor things. Friendly staff. Would stay here again

The room was non smoking and did smell lightly of smoke but over all we always enjoy staying here when we visit our daughter.

The entire property is in need of a "facelift" - it is looking worn out. The showers nozzle in my room was not good - no pressure and no control

The rooms, all 4 of them I tried, were musty like a basement. If you have mold allergies like me, avoid this place.

The upgrade to the outside of the hotel looks great. The pond in back needs some help. Would like to see it cleaned up. Wish there was a better selection of hot foods for breakfast.
