Lovely hotel! Decorated the room for our anniversary! Great location, will be staying there again next time we come to Krakow!

Excellent location at the jewish quarters room was very spacious, clean modern lifts were a bit slow. Requested disposable slippers but were told not available

Was told that there was a functioning lift as we had 4 large luggages, but upon reaching our room was allocated to one without a lift and the staff didn’t help us with the luggage through flights of stairs. Although it’s in a pretty good location, the service wasn’t one of a 4 stars.

Everything was good. Many restaurant nearby.

最大的吐槽點是提供的洗漱用品除了液體肥皂外什麼都沒有，也沒拖鞋，飲料水是一般的水管水，不能確定其它高級房型能否多點補充。地點離老城較遠，但旁邊即是猶太社區的圓形美食廣場。

凌晨才到的酒店，和前台説好了晚一個小時退房，第二天一早前台剛打電話上來提醒溝通了還剩一點東西沒收完馬上下去了，結果保潔在門口瘋狂拍門甚至直接拿鑰匙開門進來，住這麼多年酒店第一次碰見這樣的。而且門口有好幾層樓梯，來去都是一個人提着30kg的箱子上下的，沒有人會來幫忙也沒有電梯，最後是前台小姑娘實在看不下去幫我拿了另外一個箱子。小姑娘好，酒店服務差。清潔在歐洲來説馬馬虎虎，床軟到起床都坐不直。就這樣吧。

Excelente ubicación, en plena plaza del barrio judío. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero las camas se hunden, necesitan una renovación urgente. El resto de instalaciones y limpiezas son correctas. Lo que no recomiendo por calidad y precio es el restaurante del hotel, tres veces más caro que cualquier otro restaurante de la ciudad, muy lentos y con una servicio y calidad escaso.

入口有幾級樓梯，推著大行李就不方便了。我們到達很夜，不過可能是星期五，週圍仍然很熱鬧。房間燈光不太亮。

Отличный, уютный отель. Хорошие завтраки и местоположение.
