I requested some special request like room in the upstairs and for microwave to the hotel fron trip app. The receptionist mentioned there is no request she can read. She was trying to give room in the ground floor. My request was fulfilled the next day but was unexpected. Overall the room is really nice and service too.

The room faced the bar which the noise made sleeping impossible. The room smelt of old cigarettes and beer. Friendly welcome

Carpet needs to be upgraded. The room we stayed for first night had a mouldy smell, couldn't sleep a minute.
Air conditioner had no knob and definitely need upgrade

My room has strong cigarette smoke stench, i couldn't sleep there, i had to sleep elsewhere.
To worsen the case, the next day three staff were smoking close to the rooms downstairs and my car was parked there. I had to hold my breath to get to my car.
I have nothing against smoking but please respect other people while you are at it some of us are not super strong like you.

Pool unavailable shower needs a barrier to stop water from flooding bathroom. Every thing else was very good and good value for price.
