Wanning apartment is not a friendly apartment. Office n apartment separate. Need buggies to transport passages n luggages. Inform them to pick no body turn up. We hv to walk to the van.

This apartment is on the man made island - it is a little hard to find the reception especially if you don’t speak Chinese. The apartment itself is perfect with everything you need. It has a lovely big balcony and the aircon works very well. It is still slightly under construction- so not all the elevators work at the moment (quite a long wait most times) The island itself is not really where all the action happens - so best to rent a scooter as there is always heavy traffic to get on and off the island.

It’s few kms away from the restaurants/bars, strongly advise to rent a scooter, people from the desk can also help you with that They were very supportive for everything I asked them for

Apartment was very simple. Two bedrooms with a large balcony. It's about 20 minutes walk from the town, if take an ebike about 5 minutes. The elevators into the building aren't in the best condition. But once inside all is good The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially for sunrise. A very chill and relaxing place. Would definitely stay again

We loved the space that this apartment offered along with fantastic views. We had rented a car and really needed it (or a scooter) for this location but with that transporting it was really great. The botanical gardens nearby were great as were other beaches we checked out. We went to Sanya for the day and realized that we made the right choice to stay where we did. Our kids did surf camp each day which worked out great for everyone.

Apartment was spacious and convenient for 2 people working remotely. The only backward was the loud wind blowing through the window's and balcony! A few restaurants and shops also available downstairs. Overall a good experience!

This is a nice serviced apartment. Very clean clean and spacious.

停水停了兩次，一家人疲憊入住發現水都沒有。一個浴室沒有沐浴露。水到晚上11點才恢復。第二天一大早要拍婚紗照，整個人都很焦慮，深怕第二天也沒水。另外明明訂了和上一次的房子，卻給我分配到6樓，位置又差，衞生又不到位，廚具也不齊全。上次明明是高層。服務小哥倒是回覆及時。

房間很好，寬敞整潔衞生，每天還有保潔打掃，最讚的是陽台正朝海景，早上還能看到海上日出。要説欠缺的地方，一是周邊交通太堵，當地政府管理的不好；二是小區設計有缺陷，一幢樓衹有兩台電梯，而且還不互相聯動，經常需要等很久。總的來説瑕不掩瑜，天下沒有十全十美的事，以後還會來。

設施：設施配套齊全 衞生：還算乾淨衞生 環境：可以看到海，有一個很大的陽台。客廳和房間是共用陽台的，陽台有一個高桌子，可以坐在陽台看海，然後有洗衣機，晾衣桿。小區環境很好，就靠海。有廚房，大房間也比較寬敞，小房間就有點顯侷促。

特別好 性價比很高 管家接送也比較方便 沒有説的那麼差 房間有點潮濕是真的 海景也不錯 日月灣是專門玩沖浪和酒吧一條街 而且目前確實在修 很多工地 如果想看海景還是去其他灣吧

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店位置優越，周邊設施齊全。房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格温馨舒適，床品柔軟，睡眠質量極佳。工作人員服務熱情周到，響應迅速，讓人倍感貼心。整體環境安靜，隔音效果好，完全不受打擾。性價比超高，強烈推薦！下次還會選擇這裏！

這家酒店停車場下車就有管家接到小區樓下 服務很好 很滿意 島內小區房也很安靜 沒有什麼吵鬧聲 也沒人打擾 非常適合度假
