There was a garage that opened and closed automatically, probably because it was winter. However, it was just the right width for a car, so it was a bit difficult to get out of the car. There is nothing around, so it may be inconvenient if you don't rent a car."

"We recently stayed for a couple of nights at Marina Terrace Apartments in Wanaka with family. What can I say "Wow" The apartment was immaculate, clean, well layed out and had everything we needed to be super comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed so cooking was made easy for the entire family. It was obvious the attention to detail with the cleaning and that makes a big difference. My dad, who has limited mobility, was well catered for with generous sized bathrooms and wide hallways the walker. We immensely enjoyed the views both inside and out and sat on the covered terrace with the outside fire going to add to the charm. Centrally located made walking to town so easy. The garaging was great, with space for car, bikes, skis everything. We also want to say a huge thank you to the team, from booking and arrival to departure, Karen, Helen and the team took very good care of us. They are to be complimented on their customer service and kindness. An easy recommendation if staying in Wanaka, luxury at its finest. Thank you team."

"Extremely satisfied! The family room had one king bed and two twin beds, with two separate rooms so everyone could sleep comfortably without disturbing each other. There was a heater inside and air conditioning outside. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and dishwashing tools, so we could cook our own meals. The front desk offered midday service where we could borrow cooking oil and salt, which was perfect for a self-drive trip. The hotel itself felt like a small park – very quiet with nice views and easy to find. If I visit Wanaka again, I would definitely consider staying here. Full marks! A special thanks to the front desk lady who lent us oil and salt! We were a bit rushed at check-out time, and she even helped us extend our check-out by a little bit, haha. Absolutely wonderful!"

"Location: Not by the lake, but very close to the food truck area, just around the corner. Popular slow-cooked beef and lamb, and bagels are all within a two- or three-minute walk. Walk along the road in front, passing various shops, and you'll reach the lake in ten minutes – very convenient. A small stream flows in front, and ducks roam the lawn. All rooms have balconies, and the ground floor is a lawn. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Children love this accommodation. Parking is allocated by room number and is ample. The front desk has closing hours; please contact them in advance if you are arriving late."
