I received confirmation of the cancellation, however nearly three months later I have still not been refunded. I contacted them twice in February without reply, and am now raising a dispute with the bank to recover the money. Avoid at all costs."

"Great wee hotel clean and very nice staff with free convenient parking which is a bonus. Lovely restaurants and a big supermarket close and spoiled for choice with a costa and starbucks. Staff were so kind to my wee boy. only complaint I have is uncomfortable pillow causing a bad nights sleep but this could be a personal preference."

"This was unfortunately not the stay I'd thought it would be. Long past it's glory days, Holland House is very noisy, tired and uncomfortable. The photos must have been from LONG ago because my room was nothing like what was pictured. A lovely surprise was the mouldy smell that permeated the entire apartment."
