"An unexpected upgrade after another establishment cancelled last minute turned into a lovely surprise with my stay at this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the manager Zoe getting special mention for going above and beyond. Will definitely stay again when provided with the opportunity and I recommend others to choose this place. They won’t regret it"

"The one-bedroom suite is booked, but I actually stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with a large balcony and a picturesque view. Although not in the urban area, the traffic is quite convenient, and you can get there by taking a bus from the city. There are woolworths supermarkets around. There is a washing and drying machine in the suite, the kitchen has a pot and bowl cutlery dishwasher, an electric cooker and an oven range hood, but there is no oil and salt sauce vinegar seasoning, no chopping board, no chopsticks, if you want to cook yourself, you need yourself. Buy, chopping board I asked the front desk to borrow, but it is not expected. Disposable slippers can ask the front desk, the quality is quite good. In short, very satisfied with the comfortable and cost-effective hotel."

"Was told that upon arrival i would only have to pay a $1 deposit hold on my card. Yet when checking in i was actually charged a $50 deposit. Which was apparently released back to me the same day i checked out. Its now the 7th day since i stayed there and i still havent received my $50 back. I know its only $50 but its annoying when your on a tight budget and you were told it was only going to be $1 charge ... not $50"

There is a 98 free loop line at the door, which can go to the city center. The hotel has an underground parking lot for $15 a day. You can go directly to the room from the garage, but you need to move your luggage."
