Nice hotel! I thought this is a motel at the first, but actually they are not. Their room is beyond my expectations. Very new and comfortable! They also got 2 swimming pools, one in door and one out door. Came to the town for visit the sequoia national park, this is definitely one of the best places to stay!

So, upon check in, the lady in the front office was not happy to see us. She was rude and very unfriendly. She also put us in front of the laundry room in the second floor and it was very loud. The guy that works at the front office at night though was very pleasant and nice.

My stays have been really nice .. the only thing I'd like to mention is that a/c and heating unit is really loud.... coming on and then going off and then winding down.

The rooms and around the hotel need to be updated, especially the rugs, windows and curtains in the rooms. A better selection of coffee, and a better selection of freezer foods, snacks and soups. The one lady in the coffee shop was not nice and rude and seemed unhappy I didn’t catch her name but I was there from 12/30-1/1

The carpet in the hallways were dirty the WHOLE stay. No one vacuumed the hallways? For 3 days?
We put the Privacy Please sign on our door, but the maid still came in while we were out. What is the point of the sign if youre going to ignore it?
Check in/out was quick, though.
