Lingkungan hotel sangat bagus, kamarnya sangat bersih Pembaruan harian item interior Lengkap Jaringan hotel terkenal di Italia Di pusat kota, terhubung ke kota tua Mudah untuk mentransfer bus dan kereta bawah tanah Sangat direkomendasikan! ! !

Satu-satunya NH di Italia yang membuat saya tidak senang, sementara rantai ini sangat bagus. Bangunan lelah, rumah tanpa lebih, saya dilayani dengan buruk karena saya tidak berbicara bahasa Italia, karena setiap orang Italia yang datang untuk meminta sesuatu segera dilayani. Aku tidak menyukainya sama sekali. Kamar memiliki dekorasi gelap dan kotor, sangat lelah. Tidak ada layanan yang ditawarkan tetapi selain itu Anda harus membayar € 3 untuk sebotol kecil air ketika umumnya ditawarkan secara gratis. Berisik karena kamar menghadap ke jalan lalu lintas mobil. Terlalu panas pada 26 derajat dan termostat tidak lagi berfungsi. Singkat cerita, satu lagi kamar busuk yang dioper ke turis merpati dari luar negeri. Sarapannya enak tapi tidak murah hati, tidak lebih dibandingkan dengan NH lainnya, selain itu layanan meja berisik, merapikan dengan melempar garpu dan piring tiba-tiba membuat suara yang tak tertahankan, itu memulai hari dengan buruk. Industri hotel di Catania adalah yang terburuk di seluruh Sisilia, Anda benar-benar harus berpikir tentang modernisasi, mengubah staf yang menyambut tanggal dari era lain.

The hotel is well located 20 mins walk from the old town square but next to everything. It is in renovation partially so the gym wasn't open and the lobby is diminished. The breakfast although rich and tasty was not replenished and advertised until 12h on sundays but half empty by 10h so it was such a bummer knowing that we paid extra for that. So all in all feels like a 4 stars but still in progress and for the high price we paid we would have expected more.

Clean and safe hotel, spacious room with good spread of breakfast. Walking distance to Etnea (shopping belt), with several restaurants in vicinity. Enjoyed our stay there. Appreciate the staff for helping to arrange a room for us where we do not have to change room as we join our tour group that started with a night stay at this hotel.

早朝出発のサポート　朝食が質素なイタリアにおいてはとても充実していました　レストラン街にも歩いて行けるのでおすすめです　バスタブあるお部屋でゆっくりできました

Posizione eccellente, personale cordiale, colazione buona e molto varia. Migliorabile la pulizia delle camere

Despite we got a just renovated superior room, there were some small issues that should be fixed in order to make the room a proper 4 star (cleaningness, water flow, mattress)

Paolo in the reception very friendly and helpful incl. suggestions what to see in Catania. We could left our luggage in the hotel after check-out. I suggest this hotel.

Central location and well maintained NH hotel. Friendly staff, and have us an excellent restaurant recommendation.

Super professional and warm staff. Catania people never fail to show their care for tourists but this staff was above and beyond! Very close to via Etnea and quick drive to the airport

5-minute walk from pasticceria Savia, via Filomena with the best restaurants, and via Etnea. 20-minute drive from the airport. Clean, safe, professional staff very close to the downtown area!

The hotel is located only a few blocks from the main street so it's easy to get to get to stores, landmarks, the local market, bakeries and restaurants. The hotel is clean and has a nice vibe in the reception and bar area. The staff was very help with questions and even provided us with a snack bag to take with us when we checked out early to catch our plane. So thoughtful. The hotel was popular when we were there with many visitors. A nice breakfast buffet too. For the price we paid it was a good deal and I recommend it.

Very helpful reception staff. Main floor food service individual was a disappointment.
