The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations for local attractions and dining. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of hair conditioner and a small kettle in the room to make a cup of tea but for the price of the room I will not complain."

"I don't recommend it to anyone unless there is nothing else. I went with my girlfriend and asked for a double bed, but they ignored it, even though there were beds available. There was a water leak in the shower, which filled the bathroom floor with water every time we used it. The walls were all scratched, electrical cables were visible. When talking to the receptionist called “Emilio”, about all these problems and after checking them himself, he still had the nerve to ask me: - what do you want me to do with you? a person not at all concerned about the image of “AldaHotels”, which completely tarnishes the hotel’s image."
