Tempat ini terburuk bau jamur membusuk di dalam kamar bau rokok di handuk staf meja sangat tidak ramah saya tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris tidak ada yang bisa dimakan untuk sarapan check-out terlambat 30 menit. Ambil 2.000 THB jangan bilang kamu akan check-out di Lake mereka menipu saya hotel yang tidak bisa dicheck-out dengan sistem diskon deposit hotel 5.000 THB hotel Hilton apa? hotel Sheraton?

The room is great with the staffs being great as well. But I think had some problems that the air-conditioning didn’t work.

The restaurant is very nice / but I had to change room 3 times and I stay for 4 days Because the aircon wasn’t working. Also I was given an room that smelly of cigarettes

The first room we were checked in was the strongest cigarette smoke I have ever smelled. We were changed to a non-smoking room that smelled a little better than the first one. If you mind the smell of cigarettes… this is not the hotel for you.

Traveling for the last year in 10 different countries and have to say Athens Hotel is by far the worst Hotel I ever stay in. It’s a only Chinese hotel and from the time your checking in, they let you know that, demanding a deposit for the room and don’t except card, but they will supply a staff member to walk you down to a ATM machine. When I did get back they were excepting card or phone pay off a Chinese couple checking in. We checked in for five days for a rest, because it tick all the boxes, they were advertising luxury, Good breakfast, gym, sauna and spa. The breakfast was only Chinese, but did advertise western food not to be seen. The so call breakfast manager was joke, trailing behind you like a store detective. Very rude to my wife. The gym had outdated cheap gym equipment. The pool had cigarette butts and chewing gum floating in it. When I ask where the sauna was nobody new. The receptionist sent me outside to the back of the hotel and apartments. Went up elevator to what they said was sauna spa, but it had other uses. 😳 We did request a none smoking room, they said they were book out. Hotel wasn’t booked out at all. Our room smelled of cigarettes, plus the carpet had lots of cigarettes burns on it. No matter what part of the hotel you were in, people were smoking freely, horrible in this day and age. We ran out off the hotel after two days. The taxi man was confused to why we were staying in that hotel, he was saying only Chinese go there. Plus the area is not good, same story. Sorry no recommendations here, avoid!

The hotel is tailored to Chinese. I checked in the hotel and it was a smoking room. I requested change to non smoking and they said I have to pay extra. The TV channel is all in Chinese. The gym facilities is not good.

Very close to the airport. Nice rooms. Breakfast included is nice. Lovely pool area.

The location is far away from city breakfast is not good and it’s beside from casino and neighbor rooms make noise every night and it not a good environment

The purpose of this stay was to rest on a long layover. For that this hotel served its purpose. English is very limited It was difficult to to arrange for the airport pick up even though a reservation was made. The desk staff was friendly but the breakfast staff was not. Breakfast was ok Close to airport.

Excellent accommodation, professional staff and team with great customer service satisfaction. Management responsive and ensures everything was taken care of and beyond my needs. I would definitely recommend to all travellers and myself be coming back for all future visits.

Locals refer to this hotel as ‘the Chinese hotel’, and it is very Chinese. The reception staff don’t speak English but are fluent in Chinese. Room deposits can be paid in RMB. The Buffett breakfast is excellent, the pool are other facilities are good too. The rooms are clean (see photos). Conveniently located for the airport, local area is okay but not brilliant.
