It’s the newest hotel in town so super clean . The view of Mekong is so so . City view is not bad either . Bed is comfy, well appointed room.

Great location. Adjacent to the Mekong river and night market. Great view, if you stay in a river-side room. Newly opened with brand new furnitures. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is a little disappointing with limited choice, compared with other Amari hotels. But overall highly recommendable.

We had a fantastic stay at Amari Hotel in Vientiane. The property boasts a modern and elegant design, with spacious rooms and an unbeatable location. Our river view room on the 14th floor offered breathtaking views and was exceptionally comfortable. The quality of the linen was excellent, and the Panpuri amenities added a luxurious touch. What truly made our stay special was the warm and attentive hospitality from the staff, which made our first trip to Laos even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vientiane.

一家嶄新的五星酒店，位置很好，就在夜市對面～其他服務都不錯，早餐也很豐富。泳池正對湄公河，對面就是泰國，wx地址都能連結到泰國。 最大的bug出現了！！！酒店從前一天就約好的送站服務，攜程客服也溝通過，第二天吃飯前也溝通過，價格也談好30美金，已經很貴的價格了，但是用車很好，帶着孩子也就決定舒適最重要。結果先是退房要查房，再前一天按金説要收現金，再去找rmb現金給我們，然後我們問車到了嗎，結果對接的小姐姐一臉懵，聊了一會才找來一個會中文的主管姐姐，再叫車來又等了一會兒，主管也跟送站師傅囑咐了要快點，結果大部分時間司機還是慢慢的開，我途中還問了幾次來得及嗎，他説ok的，到了火車站結果就差一分鐘票已經鎖定打印不出來了，車票也是攜程上買的，沒有二維碼不能直接進站，並沒有提前告知，訂票頁面也衹寫了國際列車需要提前15分鐘換票，各方各麪都導致了沒趕上這部列車。主要是下一班列車要再等四個小時……浪費了珍貴的五一假期時間。ps送站的費用主管最後還給我們了，但4個小時的時間找誰去要？去過那個車站的人都知道周圍什麼也沒有，而且拖着行李也不方便去哪……真的很無語……我的琅勃拉邦就整整少了四個小時玩耍的時間～其中三個小時的時間車站裡就像圖一里一樣……中飯也沒啥吃的，帶着孩子就這樣傻傻的呆了四個小時……

신규호텔이여서 비엔티안 여행도 갈겸 가봤습니다 5성호텔이라고 하긴 하지만 솔직히 3~4성호텔정도로 생각하시고 가시면 될듯해요 규모도 꽤 앙증맞은 사이즈… 웰컴드링크 한잔 받고 체크인 수속밟고 방 입장 메콩뷰는 꽤 괜찮네요 다만 욕실에 구비된 어메니티는 기본적인건 다 있는데 면도기가 안보이더군요 따로 전화드리니 가져다줬습니다 샴푸 컨디셔너 바디워시 핸드솝 다 일회용품아니고 관리사분이 리필해서 비치해두는 형식인거같더라구요 보통 5성이면 일회용품 준비해두는 편이던데 향도 일반적이고 조금 아쉬웠어요. 저녁 식사로 뷔페사용을 원했으나 미준비되어있어서 1층 Amaya에서 A la carte식으로 볶음샐러드,연어스테이크,닭가슴살 스테이크,클럽샌드위치 이렇게 시켜보았습니다 볶음샐러드에 페타치즈와 견과류 볶음야채가 꽤 많이 들어가있는거처럼 설명해두었는데 치즈 너무 양이적고 볶음당근 제외하고 죄다 프레쉬야채더라구요 컴플레인하고싶었으나 귀찮아서 패스 연어스테이크는 간이 너무 쌔서 짠맛이 강해 먹기 힘들정도였네요 가격은 합리적이긴했으나 메인요리인 연어스테이크가 좀 너무 실망스러웠어요 대신 조식뷔페는 꽤 만족스러운편 그래도 룸컨디션 청결하고 벌레도 없어서 쾌적하게 하루 쉬었구요 비엔티안에서 그래도 그나마 상태 좋은편인거 같아 깔끔한거 좋아하시면 추천드려요 대신 5성 너무 생각하시지 마시고 3성4성 정도로 생각하고 가시면 딱일듯
