Hotel Drei Kronen Vienna City

I stayed here for two weeks in May 2023 (5/6 - 5/17). Everything was excellent. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thomas and the others at the front desk listened to the stories about my daily excursions and gave me advice on trains and other travel trips. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff very friendly. Upon arrival, I was given a choice of rooms. I chose the one with the walkout balcony. The air and water in Vienna are cool and crisp (excellent). The hotel is easy to find and at a very good location, just across the street from the Nach Market, a short walk to the Belvedere and main train station, and a block away from a green line metro stop. While here, I made easy day trips by train to Prague, Budapest, Bratislava, and Salzburg. I took a cruise on the Danube. I saw all the major sites, including the Sisi Museum, which was my favorite. Paris and Barcelona cannot hold a candle to Vienna. Here you will find world class museums without the lines and reservations. Vienna is a hidden gem. This hotel is the place to stay. Great location, excellent rates, good condition, working elevator, great breakfast, and very helpful staff. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. I would like to return again soon.

Great hotel in a great location. We arrived early and the person on reception couldn't have been more helpful, organising a room for us well before normal check in time. The hotel overlooks the Naschmarkt and from our windows we could see the globe on the Secession House. The beds are comfortable, the room spotlessly clean, the bathroom equipped with quality toiletries. The breakfast was very nice, delicious fresh rolls and pastries etc.

Hotel is very comfortable. There are all you need for a perfect stay on 2-4-6 nights at the city center of Vienna. I like my room on the 4th floor, as it was stylish and modern, and I have all I need. It is very clean at the hotel. Service very good and hotel staff are polite and smiled, ready to help on every inquiries. Location is perfect, at the heart of the city, just 10 minutes walking to all main attractions of the city. Breakfast is very good, but one problem that it is the same for every day.

Notre seule raison pour se rabattre sur un 3* d après les commentaires la proximité du métro. L hôtel fait un angle il est très très bruyant même vitres fermées et des 2 côtés. L accueil est tout juste poli. Mariana au petit déj et une asiatique chargée du ménage font l exception ! gracieuses et à dispo ! Très propre à tous les niveaux. Petit déj d un 3* n en attendez donc pas plus,2 sortes fruits frais très limités, charcuteries jambon blanc et salami seulement, FUMÉES POUR LE TOUT, faut aimer. fromages tranchettes et très très petites portions de brie .... .la literie ne paraît pas mais confortable.Un 3* c est sûr....

Albergo in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e anche gli altri punti di interesse, molto pulito, personale gentile e disponibile! Letto comodissimo, camera accogliente, colazione buona anche se con pochi dolci. Macchinetta del caffè e acqua a disposizione dei clienti durante la giornata. Comoda la navetta per l'aeroporto. Da rimodernare l'ascensore. Fastidiosa la vicinanza della strada di notte
