I stayed at this hotel for two nights in April 2024, booking their single room. It's not top-notch, in my view. The furniture seems a tad old-fashioned and past its prime. There are certainly newer and cheaper hotel options out there. Nevertheless, I want to recommend this hotel. The standout feature for me was their exceptional service. Every member of staff made us guests feel incredibly welcome, making me feel right at home. Plus, you can't beat the location. And let's not forget the breakfast – it's truly hearty. Love this hotel and will be back again.

We had a great experience, Christina is a wonderful host, took care of all of our needs, and was very helpful with tips. The room is great, the bed cozy and everything is clean and tidy. Felt like home, definitely will come back if we are in Vienna.

A great hotel for leisurely rest. The building has antiquity and romance. Very kind hosts. Great breakfast. Good location, there is a tram stop nearby, but you can also easily walk to the center. The hosts are happy to provide information about sights in Vienna, giving maps and other materials. A beautiful surprise was also prepared for us. Thank you! I recommend and we will gladly come back.

This is our second stay, last being May 2018. We absolutely LOVE this hotel!! It is so nice! Clean, quiet, comfortable, nicely appointed. Our room on third floor very comfortable. Yes, there is some street noise from traffic, but it’s minimal, such that after 24 hours you hardly notice. The staff, particularly Alex, are extremely friendly and helpful. Not a place for kids, or easily bored teens. Nothing in the area really for them to do. But for adults it’s a 15 minute walk, or five- minute tram/train ride, to the best delights of the city.

An excellent hotel, in a good neighbourhood. It is efficient and well organised. We had a pleasant room, and going all the staff helpful. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options and a lot of the choices were Bio It’s an easy tram ride to all the main attractions.

great location (city centre a walking distance away), very friendly and supportive staff (Christina the manager is nothing short of awesome!) who address your every query and even send you public transport tips before your arrival in a personal email, small hotel so the staff know you by name and that creates some family like atmosphere, tasty breakfast, rooms are spacious enough so you don't feel confined

Boutique Hotel Kugel Vienna A beautiful experience 928177793 Only good things to say. The hotel is located next to the tram stop 49 which takes you (3 stops) to the Volkstheater (junction with the U3), from where you can walk to the main attractions, and on the other side you can reach Schonbrunn. The rooms are small but chic, the breakfast is tasty and the staff extremely kind. You have the opportunity to see what a family business means from the construction of the hotel until now. And you can enjoy a Nespresso at the reception as many times as you want! We will definitely come back and we shall recomand to our friends.

I was there just one night. The room was clean and confortabile; the bathroom not so big but well equipped. Breakfast was good, fruit very fresh and there was an appreciable choose of food. People at the reception were kind and gave us info about food, city life, transports. Positive experience.
