最失敗的一次入住。電梯是壞的，住了三天也沒有修好。攜程客服幫助聯繫退訂單，店主根本不同意。樓道里有灰塵。貌似有個前台，但沒有看到服務人員，入住要靠打電話，自己從機器裏取鑰匙🔑還鑰匙也是自己操作放入機器。房間還過得去，但沒有熱水壺。
因為有電梯才預訂的，後悔沒有看評價。旁邊購物也不方便。離最近的公交車400多米。

Located at the City centre. Fairly clean. General supplies are adequate. Completely self-check in, which is ok since their directive is clear and easy to follow. However, it would be so troublesome if you got any issue while you dont speak german. You can barely meet the operator but only the janitor. Overall acceptable in regard to its distinct location.

I don’t mind the old appliances, the very basic standard of the room. Its location is very convenient and the price fine. But what I’m afraid of: That staying in this room for 3 nights might have caused some health damages. When you enter the room, you immediately smell a super moist, old, moldy smell. Is it mold, though? Or carpets that got wet at some point and are rotting away? I don’t know, the only thing I do know is that airing it out didn’t help, closing the door to the bathroom didn’t help, spraying my perfume didn’t help. While staying there (and only for the nights!) I was desperately hoping that the smell didn’t attach to my clothes when leaving the hotel.
The cleaning lady did a great job every day, but that didn’t help with the smell.

During a recent trip with a friend, there was no hot water from the evening of June 8 through the morning of June 9. And water was streaming dangerously through the electric light fixture in the elevator after thunderstorms. The stairway and lobby were very shabby. Room was clean and air conditioned.

We booked a room with seperate beds but got one double. Because of the self check in we had to contact a phone number. Very rude guy who didn't want to help us and hang up the phone several times! No solution for the night. Everything in the hotel looks very outdated. Big mistake to book here.
