Ulasan Ibis Wien City

Thank you the cleaning team. The room is so clean and comfortable to stay . Amenities are too few. No face tissue, no cotton buds.

Reception is really welcoming and can keep your luggage for 24 hrs.

This Ibis was great. Was very well located and 5 minutes from the nearest subway station. The breakfast was delightful and could set you up for the day nicely. It’s a little far out from the centre but still easy to get central from the subway. Good restaurants and cafes in the area!

The room was clean, but the curtains were not enough to cover the whole of window, so light does leak in, so I can't sleep late in the morning. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre and the metro station, it's like a 10 minutes walk, and the neighborhood around is very quiet at night.

Service could be improved. Staff was a bit unhelpful. Breakfast food is ok.

El hotel está muy bien, pero hemos echado en falta una nevera en la habitación. Por lo demás, limpio y personal educado. A escasas paradas en metro del centro.

Un poco alejado de las atracciones turísticas pero la estancia fue confortable.

Internet doesn’t work and if you get a room facing the subway, it will be loud all night. Also needed to air out the room as there was a strange smell.

Evening receptionists were not friendly and were getting annoyed and could sense their irritation as it was obvious when asked questions.

We arrived early for check but the receptionist gave us access to our room which was really welcome. This hotel is clean and in a quiet area. Staff are polite. Breakfast is a bonus. Had a great time in Vienna!
