It is very close to Hongqiao Airport and the high-speed rail station. It takes 10 minutes by taxi and half an hour by direct bus. It is within walking distance to the Hongqiao Central Business District. Parking is also very convenient if you drive.

The room was OK, but the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were overcooked, and a pancake was good. I suggested that it be a little softer, but the man in charge of breakfast immediately said, "No, that's how we cook it." The fruit was very small, where did they get it from?

The room was very clean and quiet. The most commendable thing is that there was no flickering light from any electrical appliances in the room, so it was very comfortable to sleep. Service: The store manager was kind and considerate. He took the initiative to give us two bottles of warm mineral water even though the weather was cold, and helped arrange a drop-off at the station the next morning.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a great location, close to the Beizhai Road elevated road and not far from the high-speed rail station. There are shuttle buses between the hotel and the high-speed rail station and airport. The breakfast is very rich. I stay here every time I come!

The airport pick-up service is great. The driver also picked us up at 11pm. However, the airport drop-off service is only available once an hour. There are four of us and we can't even make an appointment. The airport drop-off and airport pick-up service are two different services. The electric kettle is very dirty and full of hair. The hygiene is really average. The sound insulation is not good and we can hear the people upstairs getting up early. The hotel air conditioning is usually still very cold when we sleep. I rarely give negative reviews. This experience is really bad.

The hotel is very high-end. The lobby is very grand. The facilities and equipment are very new. The elevator is stable and fast. The service of the front desk lady is also very good. It's really not good. The price is near the airport, so it's ok, but the service is really bad. There are 3 people, and a 2.4 large bed. If three people share one quilt, it will definitely be uncomfortable to sleep. I asked in advance if I could get a quilt. I left my phone number, but no reply. I called again to confirm before checking in. I only got 2 pairs of slippers. I called to ask for them to be delivered, but they didn't. The breakfast is even worse. I went down at 9:15 and there was nothing left, but a bunch of people had just come down to eat. It was a mess. Cake or smoothie?
