Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Paris Opéra Grands Boulevards

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here from beginning to end. The staff was exceptional as every staff member was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was the perfect size for the three of us and was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage before our check-in and even after check-out. The location is also great as it was about 10 minute walk from the Eurostar and 20 minute walk to the Louvre. Cannot stress how satisfied we were with our stay and would stay again on the next trip to Paris.

跟經濟型酒店差不多，裡面房間很小很小，天花板很低很低，電梯小的只能容納2人，除了沐浴液和吹風筒，沒有其他用品。 附近交通很好，到巴黎北站歐洲之星只需走路15分鐘。到羅浮宮走路也是15分鐘，橘園美術館走路25分鐘，我甚至走路去了巴黎聖母院，走路40分鐘。

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Lane. The location and overall experience were great. Our room was very nice and comfortable.

The hotel allowed me to store my bags in between checking out and leaving for the airport. My wallet was stolen while the bags were being stored. Do not leave anything with them or in your room outside of the safe.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room had no functioning air conditioning, a dead orchid, and a towel left out of place, making it clear that it hadn't been properly prepared. Despite reporting the issue, the second room we were moved to had the exact same problem. My partner was so stressed that he needed medication to cope. We ended up switching hotels, which cost us $650 per night. The only positive aspect was the view, but it hardly made up for the distress and inconvenience we experienced. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Wonderful stay. The Park Lane Hotel is perfectly positioned and the staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast on 2nd floor and the Sprite Alley restaurant were really good and the roof top bar with that incredible view over the park was an exceptional setting for sunset drinks. The only minor issue we had was with the in-room air-con struggling a little on the very hot days. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location and great staff. Even though they ara haveing AC problem. I will always go back to Park Lane.

Our rooms weren't ready until 3 hours after check in time. AC didn't work in either room. Rooms smelled musty. Rooms were tired and felt low quality in terms of furniture, paint, bedding, beds. Breakfast was like that of staying at a 2 star hotel buffet. Eggs were watery, breads were dry, very limited choices... not worth it.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. On both occasions I was informed upon arrival that the A/C unit was "under repair". My room was warm/hot which made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions. They obviously have an A/C maintenance issue which they should inform guests of PRIOR to arrival. The fitness center is small, dirty and it stinks.

Upon my arrival I was expecting excellent service. My mother stayed here before and raved about it. When I arrived the receptionist Muna was a delight and got me situated rather quickly. When I got to the room, I immediately found that there were dirty tissue remains on the base of the bed and that the television stand had water marks. I didn’t say anything as those things aren’t a big deal and can be overlooked during a long exhausting travel, the last thing you want to do is ask for another room over minor issues. I should add that the bed was clean and so was the bathroom (so I thought). On my last day… I came across an issue with my toilet that was not filling up correctly. I lifted the lid to find fecal matter! I was absolutely repulsed and took pictures. I will be uploading them on a google review with the images. I let the receptionist Muna know on checkout what I found and she contacted the manager Luis who didn’t respond to her calls. Muna gave me his number to message him directly with the images and yet I have yet to hear back! Terrible.

Very Bad service, bad experience, the rooms very small. The air conditioner doesn’t work and the front desk employees do not have any service experience, they don’t speak in English and they don’t have any consideration with rhe guest. The cleaning service very bad as well

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff The hotel is in center of Paris and close various metro stations so you can go to the iconic places within 10-15 minutes You can find good food and bars around the hotel Breakfast is so successful. Includes fresh food and beverages and of course daily amazing croissants Thank you for lovely experience.

This was the worst hotel ever! My reservation was for 3 nights, but I stayed one only! The staff at the front desk (a girl) was not friendly at all. She kept talking on the phone, although I was standing there in front of her for several minutes. When I arrived at the bedroom I noticed that the carpet was wet, the outlet to charge the phone did not work!!!! I asked her for the amenities in the bathroom (it is a 4 * star hotel, although it should be zero!!!) and she said that the only amenity was soap. No shampoo, conditioner, body lotion or shower cap!!!!!! The worse hotel and worse service ever! Don"t throw away your money!!!! It will ruin your stay in Paris!
