Ulasan Rainers Hotel Vienna

Location is so so, but room is quiet and clean, tea bags is good quality. Breakfast is astonishing.

出差朋友推薦的酒店，非常棒的入住體驗，離市區打車和地鐵都非常方便。入住期間每天開完會後去逛聖誕市場，非常有氛圍。

房間整潔乾淨，還有大型停車場（就是收費有點高）。出入方便，到中心區域對我來説距離可以接受，畢竟性價比還不錯。服務生熱情，我當時checkout時候還忘了兩件小行李在房間裏，回去取的時候Housekeeping很快就找到了。

매우 친절하고 무엇보다도 24시간 리셉션이 있어서 좋아요. 그리고 무료로 물 한별 주니 참고하시면 좋을 것 같네요. 방 상태도 좋아요

位置方便，價格可以環境也不錯。停車收費中等，隔壁也有停車場但是沒去看價格。早餐略貴。不過綜合已經不錯了

房間很一般

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my business trip. The staff at both the reception and the bar were very friendly and multilingual, which made communication easy. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but it’s very well connected by bus and train, making it convenient to get around. The standard room wasn’t huge, but it was quiet, allergy-friendly, and perfectly adequate for a business stay. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone visiting the area for work.

Big hotel, parking ok, breakfast ok but crowded. In fact the all hotel is crowded being visited by a lot of tourists with busses. Long way from the room to the elevator :-) Big room, Wi-Fi ok, bathroom ok, small pillows. If is paid before, the parking is half price. Overall ok

The hotel is dated, food in the breakfast buffet is limited and too crowded with tour groups, the rooms are small, no toiletries in the room, when they came to clean (never cleaned the coffee mugs, and cleaned very superficially) not a good experience.

I have never stayed in Rainers Hotel before and I have never heard of them either. This hotel has everything I expect from check in to check out. The room is big and comfortable, the bathroom is nice and spacious, modern which I like. The reception didn’t ask us to pay for some tax at the end, or some down payment unlike some so called *4 hotel we’ve been to. Breakfast is nice too, staff attentive and friendly. The only thing is that this hotel is not in the centre but it doesn’t change my rating of this hotel.

all the staff, except for the restaurant, are ignorant and rude.Whenever we had a problem staff always tried to justify themselves with an impolite and aggressive manner by blaming and interrogating us,trying to find a fault with us rather than solving the problem,as if they were in a court.

Booked this hotel as it’s a 10 minute walk to the main train station for an early train Room was very clean and comfortable with a good shower There is a smallish bar area with adjacent restaurant area open until midnight Breakfast choice was perfectly adequate Decent beer and wine choices

Awesome hotel away from busy sightseeing and center of town. Not far from connection routes to get downtown or where you need to go. Room was not huge, but comfortable for 2 guests. Had reuerigerator, no safe, nice bathroom size and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Shopping mall right across street, with market on lower level for all your needs. Staff was super.

This is a perfectly acceptable hotel that just happens to be in a terrible location. The area is not unsafe, just rather nondescript and somewhat remote. The look of the lobby is not very promising, with all the video screens making it look more like a bus station than a hotel. The hallways leading to the rooms are bland and poorly-lit. On the bright side, the rooms themselves are perfectly fine. There are quite spacious, with high ceilings and big windows. They are perfectly quiet and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and well -equipped. The breakfast was not particularly elaborate, but completely acceptable. The location is really the only downside, but it is a major one. It is too remote to walk anywhere. The closest station is for the Tram. Although I have used public transportation in many cities, I did find Vienna's system to be more difficult to decipher than most. I did manage to get downtown and back, but not without difficulty. I was on a group tour, and did not choose this hotel myself. Should I return to Vienna, I would prefer to stay in a more central location.
