Great hotel for layover or stay-over as it is located in Erdberg, Vienna’s hub of many national and international long-distance bus connections. It’s also close to the Vienna Int’l Airport. You can expect great service from the hotel staff.

My recent hotel stay was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was immaculate, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline, and every amenity I could wish for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering excellent recommendations for dining and local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a delicious start to my day, and the hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze. I left with a sense of relaxation and contentment, and I can't wait to return to this wonderful establishment.

Cool hotel close to city center. 15 min subway to Stephansplatz. There’s really cool bar in the lobby. Room is a but small but has enough space for luggage. The only complaint is people smoking right outside the entrance and you can smell the tobacco.

The most disgusting hotel visit I have ever had. From bird poo on all window ledges, to a very disgusting location right next to the bridge where you smell sewers from all the drains nearby and the and all the disgusting rubbish and filth that is uncleaned for YEARS from the overpass right next to the hotel entrance gets blown into your face every time you step outside. I actually vomited every time I stepped outside the air was so bad. On top of this: Hairs all over the room floors. It is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING both in terms of location and the hotel itself. Ontop of this whilst the staff are nice they are understaffed and never respond to any emails or communication. Do not come here if you value cleanliness and fresh air. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Absolutely FILTHY.
