Ulasan Hotel Bahia Sur

Good location if you are going to stay in La Bahia de San Fernando, a shopping center close to the hotel and a train station. The breakfast is really good with lists of options. The rooms need a refurbishment, really old amenities

Only reason why we stayed at this hotel was because we had a sports event going on at Bahia Sur sports hall, that was only 5 mins walk away. This hotel is prob 2.5 star max. The Lift creaks, the toilet is dirty and not cleaned well, towel handles falling out, holes in the tiles, etc. I don't even know where to start. It became more of a joke when we did actually find something that worked well. The TV didn't work, we complained 2 times to reception and nothing was done until we went down for the 3rd time. Breakfast - where do I start. It was a complete joke. Day 1 - was well stocked, Day 2- half stocked, Day 3 - only some fruit. And this was not even at the end of the breakfast time. Hotel staff were polite, but didn't seem overly professional. I wouldn't stay here again if I had the choice.

Hotel que no se considera 4 estrellas, instalaciones y habitaciones muy antiguas y deterioradas. Ubicación buena y cerca del centro. Calidad precio justo a las expectativas.

No tiene bañera, la nevera no funcionaba y ruido de chavales del centro comercial.

My friend and I had to stay at this place for one night because our rooms at the Spanish school weren't ready. It was really nice and very close to the train station. We had a really nice room with a balcony. I don't really know what there is around the area because we were only here one night and we were really tired after coming down from Madrid.

Bahía Sur is one of the best shopping centres in Cádiz. It's also been recently renovated after the pandemic and it has a wide range of shops, restaurants and services for visitors. Great parking options and opening times, regularly cleaned bathrooms and wi-fi hotspots. I only missed USB charging points.

La habitación es amplia con terraza. Las vistas hacia la bahía de Cádiz, es superior!!! Todo muy limpio y la atención al cliente genial, todos muy atentos. Además puedes acceder a la piscina, que es genial con bar y música para ambientar el veranito.

Es un hotel de 4* pero para mi gusto, tiene bastantes menos. La habitación es amplia pero muy destartalada, nada acogedora. No tiene ninguna insonorización, se oye absolutamente todo. El baño es amplio, está bastante anticuado. Como dato favorable, he de decir que diariamente reponen amenities. La limpieza es regular, se nota que necesita una limpieza a fondo de la habitación, porque realmente la limpieza diaria, no es mala, pero lo que está incrustado, es difícil limpiar cuando se hace una habitación de salida o de un día para otro. Lo que hay bajo las camas, es de meses y meses sin pasar una "mopa". Las cortinas están de desastre, la cortina opaca está para cambiarla, porque ni ajusta, llena de agujeros etc... El personal de recepción es amable. En líneas generales el complejo al completo necesita una renovación para seguir llamándose 4*. No creo que volviera a alojarme en este hotel, o al menos si busco un 4*, espero encontrarme otra cosa.
