Absolutely lovely hotel. 5 star service. Restaurant food is the best that I have tried. Had dinner during the 2 nights stay. Breakfast is one of the best. Would recommend this hotel definitely

Amazing place. 10 out of 10 5 star hotel experience. Away from the craziness of town centre - some might find that as a con, but if you are looking for more chilled vacation with your SO, this is it!

Stayed at Mykonos No5 for our girls holiday last week, had the best time ever! 5* feels from the moment we landed. Luxury airport transfers, to complimentary welcome drinks and appetisers, such a nice touch. & What beautiful views!!! The service was top tier from start to end, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Breakfast was lush, bar/hotel staff were 10/10, a beautiful pool area, and what a gorgeous studio accommodation. All my friends loved this hotel. Cannot fault any of it and definitely recommend if you are looking for a luxury break. Only downside is location due to being on a hill (not hotels fault) the best mode of transport in and out of town etc is by taxi. This wasn't a problem for us though as we researched location before booking. Many thanks once again to Mykonos No5 for enhancing our holiday experience :) Indy Bains

Best travel experience OF MY LIFE!! Sofia & Socrates handled so many of our excursions, like car rentals & an custom ATV tour! Stathis, Christian, Maria, Paris, & George at the bar were also amazing!!

I was staying in Thad hotel just one night before leaving and this experience was definitely good . We was upgraded to sweet with name “happy” Design of the room in black and white colours- modern and stylish Personal - polite and considerate and fast reacted for any questions Just swimming pool was colder then promised 27 degrees comparing with the prices of other hotels - it's a fantastic price

The location was just beautiful. Service was great and the staff in the off Sophia and Elena went above and beyond with the service. Christian from the restaurant was a smile every morning for breakfast. Car service was also provided. Our suite has everything we needed and the beds were clouds.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, from the second we arrived the staff couldn’t do more to welcome us. We were greeted by friendly staff who immediately took our luggage and offered us a seat with mini cheese pies and a welcome drink by the pool. They prepared our room which took less than 10 minutes and walked us to our room and showed us around. The room was absolutely beautiful, we had a suite which had a balcony with a view of the town and at night it lit up with the lights. The bed was genuinely the comfiest bed we had ever slept in and I looked forward to going back to the hotel after a long day. The pool was warm, clean and the sun beds were lovely to lie on, with calm music playing and the staff on your request 24/7. The food was so delicious, we tried quite a few things on the menu and the breakfast was always delicious. There’s a bunch of kittens and cats at the hotel who are looked after and extremely friendly which was lovely, overall one of the best hotels we had ever stayed in, we would definitely recommend 100% The only thing I would say is the fact it’s on a high hill, so you need a car or quad bike as it’s very steep and my partner and I are very physically fit and struggled! But you can’t get a view like that without the height so I don’t think it’s any issue at all! Wonderful, thank you so much for making our time incredibly special for our anniversary.

What a place! We stayed for a week from the 18th October, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Mykonos. We had a free room upgrade on arrival, as well as a lovely little arrival drink (bear in mind we didn’t arrive until approx midnight) the view from the balcony was spectacular. The mattress & pillows were probably one of the comfiest I’ve slept on! The breakfast in the morning was lovely with plenty of choices - my partner especially liked the french toast so shout out to the chef! the weather during our stay was also really good, temps of 22-23 degrees daily. All the staff were great and really friendly but I would like to give a special mention to the restaurant staff who you can clearly see work very hard and are very professional at all times! So thank you! I would also like to give a special mention to the cleaners - thank you! The cats & kittens that are there are also a bonus - so cute and playful! The only criticism I would give is the shower was a little outdated and I would of liked a bit more privacy when using the toilet - no lock on the toilet or shower doors and you could quite easily see through them if you wanted to. Other than that I can’t fault the place! Thank you Mykonos No 5 ❤️

Had the loveliest stay at this hotel. All the staff, the reception staff, the restaurant staff, the housekeeping staff, all were so so lovely and so helpful. The hotel was clean and the views were beautiful. My - year old daughter was taken of so nicely, especially by the restaurant staff, who looked after her so well and tried so hard to get rid of her fear of cats!!! Thank you very much for an amazing holiday!

We have mixed feelings about our stay. We would love to give this a high rating due to some positives such as most of the staff were brilliant, especially the staff in the restaurant. The restaurant itself was lovely, great views, clean and food was fantastic. However we did have some issues that overshadowed our first family holiday. We chose to stay in the corner loft suite due to travelling with a 5 month old we wanted to be out of the way and have a big enough room for the cot ect. This particular room in first instance was lovely, great views and a semi private pool. We quickly noticed a lot of dead mosquitoes over the walls and ceiling which we discovered on our first night appeared to be a big problem! Although mosquitoes are to be expected when travelling, despite using sprays and plug ins there were an excessive amount in the room at night, even though we kept all windows and doors shut they appeared to be coming in through the ceiling due to the exposed beams and gaps in the roof resulting in nearly 100 bites between us including over our 5 month old baby. When raising the issue the reception staff just told us they couldn’t see the problem and were not very helpful. After persisting they allowed us to move rooms to another loft suite which although was much smaller, the room was cleaner and had an enclosed roof making it mosquito free! We were a lot happier with this room until we used the shower and the whole room flooded due to blocked drains which resulted in a lot of our luggage getting wet. Although a problem that was resolved, it was not particularly how we wanted to spend our wedding anniversary! Overall the main hotel itself is lovely, but the downfall of expensive transfers even for short distances and the steep £150 late checkout fee for an additional few hours which we would not pay for if we’re travelling without our baby. We would have a much positive review if it had not have been for the issues with the room which would stop us from staying here again. Unfortunately our short stay was not the stress free trip we were hoping for
