booked a table on the terrace. The menu was quite limited with some shocking items (ex: filet de Perche from Estonia) charged CHF 43.--. This would be the price for the local product. We also ordered entrecôte, meat was OK but "sauce au poivre" was tasteless & vegetable totally overcooked and just smashed on the plate (CHF 40.--) . When they cleaned our table I made the comment regarding the vegetables, another employee then came to understand where they failed, which I kindly explained. This did not seem to matter to him "we cannot make everybody happy" was his reply. I wish them good luck for the future as with this attitude, only luck can help.

Si vous avez le temps venez ici … Nous venons souvent ici, chaque fois c’est la même chose on attend on attend et on attend. Le service c’est pas le top, magnifique terrasse mais attendre 20 minutes pour avoir une carte et attendre encore 20 minutes pour prendre la commandes. On souhaitait une coupe « Ice coffee » la serveuse qui nous dit : désoler si vous voulez pas attendre longtemps il faut prendre autre chose…. Nous sommes a 30 minutes d’attente après note commande. La terrasse n’est pas pleine et on nous refuse se qu’on veut prendre. Bref c’est bien dommage…

Seul problème, vendredi soir pour une nuit, une foule furieuse a fait tapage nocturne jusqu'à 3 heures du matin.
Impossible de fermer la fenêtre, car trop chaud.
Puis, à 4h du matin, le marché du samedi s'est mis en place.
Autant nous avons trouvé Vevey très beau dans la journée, dormir au bord du lac n'est pas une bonne idée.
