Don't expect much for the price. Rooms are not well cleaned and very noisy.

Room is a bit old, had a view of their indoor swimming pool. Customer service is good.

There appeared to be one ice machine for the entire hotel and it was empty several times. There was a huge hole in the ceiling outside of our room where the roof was leaking and a bucket filled with water beneath. It had apparently been like that for a while because the hotel only engages one roofing company and they were busy with another big project. The room cleaning staff were superb as was the cafe waiter/cook. You could only get food from 7-noon or one. Would never stay there again-ever.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Vernon. But, it doesn't provide complementary bottled water, the bathroom sink is dirty, breakfast is not freshly cooked but wrapped and is the same in my 3-day stay.

The room is located next to the main road. The floor-to-ceiling windows can provide sound insulation, but the effect is not ideal. Some noise, especially when a sports car passes by, will more or less affect sleep.

It's pretty good. A deposit of 50 Canadian dollars was collected when I checked in, which was actually unnecessary. I checked out yesterday and haven't received the deposit back yet!

The price is right, and this hotel is very cost-effective as a travel stopover.

Two 1.5-sized beds can satisfy a family of 4. There is a small indoor swimming pool. I played in it for a while. The water temperature was warm, but the sauna didn't work, so I went back to the room to wash up. It is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, which is very convenient. There is no breakfast in the hotel itself, but there is a Western restaurant on the first floor. As a transit hotel from Banff on the way back to Vancouver, it provided a good rest.

I stayed in this hotel in Vernon last year. It was good value for money. It was half cheaper than daysinn. Last year, I felt that the room was also good. This year, the house is good, but there is a faint smell, which is not pleasant 😫
