We stayed two nights in this hotel in a room with a terrace (before checking into the hotel, the hotel administration contacted us and offered this room since such an opportunity arose and we agreed to the change) Big advantages of the hotel: - location (five minutes walk from the river transport station) - cleanliness in the hotel and in the room itself - polite staff and good service - very cozy - the room with a terrace has a beautiful terrace

We booked the attic room, absolutely stunning view. Just a warning here, no single building in Venice has an elevator. The receptionist carried our luggage all the way up. Service is fab!

Great location close to Rialto. Friendly staff. No breakfast, but you can go to very nice places nearby. Walls are not soundproof, so you hear all the action around and inside the house, which is normal for older houses.

The hotel facilities are very good. The boss also upgraded us for free so that the four of us can live in a larger space. These are two-story rooms with two toilets. The environment is very clean and very close to the boat ride.

The penthouse duplex suite is very good, the most unexpected hotel in this trip

Excellent location, old furniture and pictures in the promotional content, do not expect old furniture, friendly staff, it is satisfactory if you do not expect soundproofing and structure like modern hotels due to the nature of the old building ☆☆☆
