Polo's Treasures

This place was much better before. We have stayed 4 times over the last 7 years. Our last time, April 2024 was a disappointment. Apart from other details not worth to mention (but surprising comparing the service and quality of previous years) the room was extremely cold. The radiators did not work in the room, neither in the bathroom. The receptionist explained that they are regulated centrally and we don't have any control on that. He mentioned that we can switch on the machine of hot air to warm up the room. This machine (that does not cover the bathroom area) did not work either. We set the temperature, pressed ON. The machine seemed to switch ON but there was not hot air coming out. Moreover the duvet was very thin for that temperature. Unfortunately there is nobody in the reception after working hours. My partner and I caught a cold after this stay. We saw the cleaning person in our check out and we mentioned this issue. He just say; Sorry. We had mention this issue to the receptionist in the first morning and he did not seem to care much either. We knew this person from our previous stays but this time he was rather careless and unfriendly. After our stay, back at home, I sent an email to the Director. I did not get an answer. I had to insist and I finally got an email from the receptionist saying that everything was working well. He did not acknowledge the problem neither offer a compensation. This place is not what it used to be. After 7 years staying here we will have to find an alternative. I was very disappointed of their indifference and the service.

Just returned from Venice last week having stayed at Polo Treasures Apartments and all thanks to Polo's own treasure the manager Mr Asale we had a wonderful time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We went there for our 30th anniversary and unfortunately I injured my back prior to my trip. Asale went out of his way to accommodate our needs and ensure we were able to enjoy our stay in every way possible. We cannot thank him enough. Furthermore the accommodation is in a superb location in the heart of Venice , close to the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square and the Grand Canal and local water boat stop. It was absolutely spotless and so comfortable If we ever go back to Venice this is where we will be staying and we recommend Polo Treasures to anyone going to Venice .

Struttura situata a rialto ,a pochi minuti dal caratteristico mercato ,posizione tattica per visitare la città ,in centro ma non nel caos . La struttura e nuovissima ,ben arredata ,dotata di cucina attrezzata.Un po’ piccolo il bagno rispetto al resto della casa .Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Rialto Brücke. Wir hatten ein modernes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, über schmale, steile Treppen erreichbar. Safe vorhanden, aber schwer zugänglich. Weniger geeignet für Reisende, die von einem „Luxury Apartement“ freundlichen Service und Sauberkeit erwarten. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten wurde die Unterkunft kein einziges Mal gereinigt.
