The hotel was good , good service . Very clean . Mauritzio was so kind and helpful , they provide many welcome goods . Enough water and snacks for us . Good view in the rooftop . Near to everything but quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location for exploring Venice and helpful polite host. The roof terrace is ace and we had it to ourselves most evenings. Not far to walk from the water taxi stop with luggage. The stairs are a challenge but a small price to pay!

Small but comfortable and modern room with great common area kitchen and rooftop patio. Mauricio is a great host and the guest house was centrally located ( a few minutes away from the Rialto bridge area). There are two flights of stairs that you need to walk to access the room from the ground floor. There is no elevator.

What a find! With only 3 rooms, this accommodation is very personable and excellent value. It was clean, modern and just beautiful. The bed was comfy and the rooftop terrace is just wow!! The stairs are worth it, trust me! Highly recommend all round.

The hotel cancelled my booking within days of my arrival. When I pursued it with ********** the crazy guy (Maurizo Papa) then started emailing me and blaming me suggesting it was because I gave a fake number and credit card! I’ve never seen this before but I’d highly recommend avoiding this hotel to anyone.

Very nice, clean and fantastic location. No dedicated restaurant but location is so good that none needed. Maurizio is a great host and makes you fell like at home. Sun terrace on the roof has a view over the roofs of Venkce which is fabulous..

What a venue. Couldn't be better placed to getting around the main sites. Hotel was spotless, room was modern with a good bathroom. The host could not have been more welcoming and communication was great. Just returned from a short 2 night stay. Couldn't recommend this highly enough and will definitely look to re-book when next visiting the city.

The apartment is set in a great location, very close to the Rialto Bridge. Maurizio, the owner made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in. He was great with communication before our stay and was kind enough to allow us a late check in. The apartments are decorated to a high standard with a lovely communal area where you can help yourself to pastries, coffee, snacks etc. Complimentary Prosecco was provided as well as mineral water which was a nice addition. Our apartment was stylish and spacious. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus, the views were amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment, it’s wonderful!

This hotel is furnished beautifully, very modern and stylish decor throughout the private rooms and common areas. The rooms are very clean and provide a stunning view over Venice. We were in the junior suite on the top floor which is very spacious for three people. There is a rooftop lounge area which, again, provides stunning views over Venice and is accessible to all guests. The owner of the hotel is extremely friendly and welcoming and was a pleasure to speak with every morning, he showed us around the room personally as well as the various common areas such as the rooftop and kitchen. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in around the world and would definitely recommend to anyone who is travelling to Venice.
