Excellent everything was great I arrived from the Orient Express and immediately taken by Water taxi in the Hotel taxi I was greeted at the hotel with a glass of Water, sparkling, and checked in to my room and delivered there to find my luggage was already there. It was a wonderful experience

Will be back and stay the entire trip! Location is perfect with the shuttle service and the daily boat ride is a bonus!

This property is breathtaking in every aspect. The space, the privacy, and the attention to detail are simply unparalleled—everything is manicured and perfect. The staff and service at Cipriani are the best I have received in Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism that made our stay truly special. The food is exceptional, the pool is stunning, and the spa offers an incredible experience. I honestly cannot find anything wrong with this hotel, even if I try. I give Cipriani a 100/100 score. Thank you for the wonderful memories, and I cannot wait to return. I stayed here with my three daughters for a week in summer, and it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. Highly recommended!

This place is spectacular. Just a hop away from San Marco Square. You can do all the touristy things and then return to your secluded luxurious hotel. But really it’s the staff here that makes everything so special. With fantastic customer service amazing food and cocktails.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff and fabulous breakfast selection. great location and we used the hotel's launch which took just 5 minutes to get St Marks. Venice was busy as usual so it was peaceful being on another island We had a suite overlooking the lagoon which was fabulous. Dinner at Cips club was just excellent and well worth the money. We will certainly be back.

Have known Cipriani for 30 years. Every time I come back it looks as always at its best. It is by far the best hotel option in Venice due to its quiet location and fantastic pool. Pools in Venice there are only 2 nearby. The rest are on LIDO or on a private island ( San Clemente). Buffet breakfast at Cipriani is superb as are the 2 restaurants. Great Spa and the gigantic pool facing the laguna. Wifi works very well, well trained staff and a very frequent shuttle crossing over to San Marco. We had a large room facing Venice on the side of the Palazzo Vendramin. Our room consisted of a sitting area with a sofa, a table, writing desk and king bed with great bed sheets. Closet area could have been a little larger. Marble bathroom with shower and tub.

We always love a Belmond hotel and this was no exception. From the staff to the facilities, it exceeded expectations in every way. Simply fantastic.

We had high expectations for our stay at Hotel Cipriani. We booked a premium suite with a premium view that was detailed in the suite description on the hotel's website. On check-in, we were given a spacious room that was very clean but one that did not have the view as stated. We let the booking team know right away and they told us that they had four suites in this suite class and ours did not have as premium of a view as the others. We couldn't see the island the suite was named after, at all. We expressed disappointed and let them know we'd paid the premium price tag for the view that was specified in writing. They said the other suites were taken and there was nothing they could do. No refund for the downgrade was offered. They seemed baffled when I showed them their own website and the description of the room type as having a view of a specific island. This was a very disappointing way to start our stay and had we known there was a disconnect between the room you book and the room given, we never would have stayed there. We were also very surprised that the hotel didn't offer to refund us for the downgrade. Our stay ended as poorly as it began: we needed to leave the hotel at 4am for an international connection and we asked the concierge the day before if the kitchen could have a breakfast box or box of pastries to go with us. Breakfast is included in the stay. We were told they couldn't accommodate any takeaway breakfast - not even pastries. We left as a family with two small children without even a croissant the morning of our departure. All but the room service and housekeeping staff, who were absolutely excellent, showed a shocking lack of concern and aptitude for service at Hotel Cipriani. The concierge in particular was very disappointing.
