Kamarnya sangat indah, dengan wallpaper bermotif Prancis dan ambang jendela putih; tempat tidur hotel sangat nyaman, kasur, bantal, dan selimutnya cukup empuk dan keras, dan tempat tidurnya bagus; sarapannya banyak variasi, dan macchiato kopi tiap pagi wangi dan nikmat, nikmat banget ya, oatmeal susunya enak, dan ada juga sereal walnut, hazelnut, dan anggur kesukaanku, puas banget. Pelayanan hotelnya penuh perhatian. Saya tidak tahu cara menyalakan rak pemanas di kamar mandi. Staf layanan datang dengan cepat untuk menjelaskan cara menggunakannya pada jam 10 malam. Saya akan datang lagi lain kali.

Love the location of the hotel, very close to the train station, staff are very friendly, breakfast is good and lots of choices, the area of seating is very nice too ! Love it !

Very close to the Santa Lucia station and all the spots of Venezia. Very attractive decorative hotel, comfortable, clean and convenient locate one. Recommendable for a stay in Venezia

Excellent localisation: Next to the bus stop and near the railway station. Cute bedroom but a bit small. Very clean bathroom but toilet adapted for small people.

酒店就在威尼斯島上的火車站旁邊、房間臨河，很舒適。

離火車車站很近走路能到不用坐水上bus。 性價比挺高的。 環境：緊挨着一個小公園。吃早餐可以看着公園。 服務：威尼斯酒店服務都還行。 設施：除了房間燈有點暗別的都挺好

宿泊後に朝早く空港に行かなくてはならなかったので、バス停の近くでいいホテルを探して、今回ここに泊まりました。 立地が完璧ですし、中も本当に雰囲気が良く、素晴らしかったです。

服務很好！前台員工mumute（諧音）很善解人意、盡責向其主管説明我入住房間後、回到前台詢問為什麼房間不同於我在攜程看圖預訂的房型最後幫我爭取到了免費升級去圖片上的套房！

Super location. 2 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma. Fine rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Have stayed here before and will probably stay again. MY first choice for Venice.

Incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. No ask was too big for them. They wanted to make sure my stay was perfect. The staff were wonderful, the hotel is conveniently located, super clean and quiet. Beautiful! Can’t wait to return again next year. Will definitely stay here! Highly reccomend!
