A beautiful and elegant B&B which is a home away from home! Very centrally based and a short walk from St Marks Square. Alessandro has created a wonderful tranquil space away from the hustling streets which provides a great retreat after a long day of exploration. It is an absolute gem of a B&B and Alessandro and his mum went above and beyond in providing us with local advice, tips and recommendations. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it was an experience eating breakfast while watching and listening to the singing from the gondolas directly outside. Thank you again Alessandro. We would highly recommend this beautiful B&B.

Superb location with 150meter walk-in from nearest water taxi also short distance for majority of popular sites in the city. The room was nicely decorated. Our host was good in recommendations for to do things and hospitality. Breakfast was really nice and served in between 8:15am-11:30am. Recommended this small B&B to anyone travelling to Venice and looking for centre location.

We spent a lovely 3 night mid week break here. The building is tucked away down a little side street overlooking a canal complete with a punt stop. The Vaporetto (water bus) stop is a 3 min walk away which is brilliant. Our room was small but perfectly formed. Alessandro is a fabulous host and a lovely man, he has created a wonderful feeling of history in the rooms. There are 3 rooms which make it feel like you are in 1 big apartment with shared use of the kitchen and lounge. Everywhere is very clean. The breakfast supplied is sublime, there is so much choice, it sets you up for a great day of exploring this amazing city. I would highly recommend a few nights here if you happen to be in Venice. A fabulous gem in Venice. So central a short walk from St Marks Square & all the main sites. From the comfortable beds to the amazing breakfast it was absolute luxury. What i will say is it's the people who really put the heart into this wonderful place Alessandro, Anna & Mareka were just the most amazing hosts. From answering our random questions, recommending restaurants & making sure we had everything before we even knew we needed it. I can't wait to go back & spend more time in this amazing city with the wonderful people we met.

This charming, ridiculously central, tastefully furnished B&B was just perfection. It is a 5 minute walk from the Vaparetto stop, from St. Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace and from the Teatro La Fenice - a complete haven in the midst of the hustle and bustle of such a touristy area. Every ornament and piece of furniture has been carefully chosen and is exquisite, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and delicious in a light filled, lily-scented room overlooking a picturesque canal. As always, it is the people who make a place and Alessandra and his mother are as delightful as the flat they have created. It was a total joy meeting them and staying here. Part of me is loathed to write this review as I want to make sure there is always availability for me when I want to return to Venice but I can't be that selfish! It really is a little gem.....

If you can, book the junior suite at this very nice B&B located near virtually everything in Venice. You have a nice sitting area, and the room opens onto a small balcony overlooking a busy, small canal (not noisy). Alessandro the owner is a one-man show, preparing a full breakfast every morning and providing whatever information you may need. There are only three rooms, all up one flight of stairs easy to negotiate. Many restaurants and shops all around, with just a short walk to St. Mark’s Square and water taxi.

We’re so pleased we chose this comfortable B&B in Venice, rather than a big hotel. The personal attention from Alessandro and his Mother really added to our Venice experience. We had Room 2 with a window onto a side street - no view, but also no canal or street noise. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Totally recommended. The location is 5 minutes’ walk from Giglio water bus stop. Line 1 goes all along the Grand Canal, while the Alilaguna orange line links to the Airport. Make sure you have instructions to find the house - it’s a modest door with a small sign. As others have said, the breakfast offering is generous: fruit, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, bread, ham and cheese. We enjoyed having the dining and kitchen area available when we needed a little rest during the day. It is less than 10 minutes walk to St Mark’s Square, also in another direction to San Stefano Square and its restaurants. A brilliant location to be so central.
