Clean and comfort room with best Location location location !

酒店的位置非常好，距離威尼斯雙年展的兩個展館步行10分鐘內都可以到達，逛完一個展館還可以回酒店休息一下再去另一間，走去聖馬可廣場也就15分鐘。酒店旁邊三分鐘的地方就有船的停泊點船可以坐到聖馬可機場非常方便。我的飛機晚點了，晚上9:00多才從機場出發，也有公交船可以到達酒店。從房間裏就可以看見海非常美。酒店老闆人也很好，提供了很多有用的幫助和訊息。員工也非常好，早上出門碰見打掃衞生的女員工，還詢問我是否需要一瓶水帶走。酒店房間裏非常寬敞，冰箱裏有各種飲料和牛奶非常實用和方便還有麥片和餅乾。早餐在房間裏就可以解決了。

房間超乎意料的寬敞，新裝修，非常舒適。打開窗户就是海邊，步行兩分鐘即到碼頭，交通便利。很遺憾的是幾乎沒有見到前台服務，但網上諮詢會及時回覆。

推薦套房。很乾凈，性價比很高。

Logement très agréable et bien situé. Il est au calme, à l’écart des nombreux touristes, en plus d’être à proximité d’un arrêt de ferry et à 10min à pied de San Marco. La vue est incroyable et le personnel adorable, je recommande !

The accommodation was just as good as the pictures and reviews suggest. We arrived in the evening and it was easy to get there by vaporetto. Although the last blue line already left at 20:20, so you had to hurry to get from the flight to the boat. The distance from the terminal to the piers is approx. 500m. In the Vaporetto, you should listen when the stations are called, we actually missed Arsenal, but it wasn't a long walk from the next stop either. The accommodation is located a pleasant distance from the sights. We walked several times to Rivalton Bridge. Everything on the island was within walking distance, so the location was perfect. The room was clean, there were refreshments and snacks in the minibar. The contents of the minibar were included in the room price. This was a fantastic place to base for our 4 nights in Venice. It was not far from the vaporetto stops and also it was easy to walk to the nearby attractions and had many food choices just south of the accommodation. Not to mention the little cafe below the building and the gelato shop. The host, Giampaulo, was always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He would always listen to me rambling with a new Italian word on each occasion he was in the front office with a cheerful smile. The room had a view of the canal right in front and was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and on the first night Giampaulo supplied a bottle of wine and on departing some venetian biscuits were also given to us as a thankyou. I would not hesitate to stay again as it is quite peaceful and very comfortable within walking distance of main attractions.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at Porta da Mar Venezia. The location in unbeatable, just a few minutes walking to the Biennale Giardini and Biennale Arsenal. Only 15 min walking from San Marco, so you are not in the overcrowded toeristmasses. The Junior suite with Lagoonview was very comfortable. The quality of beds , linen and towels is first class. The bathroom very tastfull and good working, so was the airco. A minibar , coffee and thea fascilities, and everything spotless clean and fresh and new. If the windows are open you have direct awsome view to the water. There is ofcourse some noise from the boats and waterlife, but the windows are very good soundproofing, so we’ve had a very silent peaceful nightrest. Giampaulo, the owner is a most friendly and kind person, and he gave us al kind of info and tips. The small place with only six rooms on the first floor is a real oasis in busy and crowded Venezia. Downstairs there is a litlle bar with terras, so from the early morning till 22.00 u you can go there for a coffee, breakfast, drinks and meals. Very reasonable priced. Compiments for the friendly girl who cleaned our room everyday. Perfect! So we felt very happy at this place, and we can strongly recommend this place. If you are looking for a fine welltasted and goodpriced room on a wonderful location. The Via Girabaldi is just 50 m away with a lot of terrasses and restaurants. We definitely will return. My room was perfect! The room and attached bathroom were well appointed, beautifully renovated and immaculately clean. The staff were extremely helpful and wonderful! After being up and traveling in US airports, arriving in Venice at 9am the following day and spending my first day walking around Venice, the room felt like home when I returned that evening for a much needed shower and sleep.

The hotel is located in an old building with a true Venetian atmosphere. The view from the room towards San Giorgio Maggiore and the Venetian lagoon is fantastic! The place is charming and very quiet though practically in the center, very close to Piazza San Marco, with lots of tourists wandering around. Though there is no breakfast in the Hotel, you will find a kettle, tea bags, coffee, mineral water, some snacks, juice - everything free for your use. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was superb, which was critical in the July heat of almost 40 C this year. And very nice people working there. I would like to thank them for the wonderful stay in this Hotel and hope to be back! Grazie mille per il mio soggiorno fantastico!

We had booked and paid in full to visit this hotel and even exchanged several messages about room type, arrival time etc. Three days before our scheduled arrival they cancelled our booking due to having overbooked the rooms and we were left with having to pay a lot more to find an alternative option. I understand that sometimes accidents happen but thought it important to share this incident with other travellers looking to visit Venice.

Siamo state in questa struttura io e un’amica questo weekend…la proprietaria dell’hotel è stata disponibile fin da subito sia nel darci le varie indicazioni, che nel farci accedere alla struttura ancora prima dell’orario del check-in per poter lasciare le nostre valige. La camera pulitissima e spaziosa, con tutto il necessario. Non è compresa la colazione ma si possono consumare le bevande dal frigo bar gratuitamente e degli snack come fette biscottate e marmellata. La posizione è strategica…proprio davanti alla struttura c’è la fermata del vaporetto e si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco…ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

Este hotel boutique, tiene una magnífica ubicación, habitación muy limpia, camas excelentes, dejan diariamente sin costo bebidas,té, café, y pastelería envasada. La habitacion tiene hervidor. El aire acondicionado excelente. El baño impecable, adecuado, cuenta además de lo habitual con un secador eléctrico de toallas. Ubicado frente al gran canal con una bella vista, se puede acceder a pie a muchos lugares de Venecia. Sin duda para volver.
