La Costiera Hotel

Lovely stay, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and near the beach. Loved the hotel.

On arrival at La Costiera we found it a little far out from central Naples, however our stay there was wonderful. The staff we super helpful especially Laila, she couldn’t do enough for us and did everything she possibly could to ensure we had a lovely holiday. Our room was basic but had everything we needed. Thank you to all the staff at La Costiera for making our holiday perfect x

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in, and i travel a lot. I dont even know where to start. I travelled with 2 friends, we're in our late 20's/early 30's and my 7 year old son for 5 days. It was so bad i left after less than 24 hours after checking in and booked a flight home for the morning after we arrived. Whoever gave this hotel a 4 star rating is completely deluded. It is a clear cut 2 star. This hotel is no where near naples, shouldnt even be selling it as naples, its about 45 minutes (90 euro) taxi journey to the city. And dont get your hopes up thinking there is another mode of transport because the closest train station is over 30 minute walk away and i never saw a bus. Its in the middle of nowhere, in a severely run down and dirty area. I wouldnt dare go out there after dark. There is literally nothing around, closest place for restaurants etc is a 10-15 minute taxi ride (20 euro). Nothing is within walking distance except the beach. The pool was closed, which was my main reason for booking this hotel, along with the selling point of it being in a good location with access to local attractions (ha). The 'breakfast' was 2 choices of cereal, some yoghurts and some fruit. I didnt eat the whole 24 hours i was there, neither did my son. Everything this hotel is sold as is a LIE and to top it off the receptionist was RUDE and completely unhelpful; when i asked for her to call me a taxi she said no as they are on strike, i asked how i was supposed to get to the airport and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and say well you should have told me earlier. I then burst into tears because i thought i was going to be stuck there with nothing to eat/keep my child entertained for another 4 days. Luckily i was able to organise a private transfer (no help from the hotel staff) to get to the airport because if not we would have literally been stuck as the only way of getting anywhere is by taxi. Only thing that this hotel has going for it is that there is a nice beach about 5-10 minute walk away, but be prepared to walk through the worst area to get to it. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

non è un hotel che merita 4 stelle, la struttura è vecchia e sporca, entrando nelle camere abbiamo trovato peli e capelli sul letto, la cosa peggiore è stato lo scarafaggio, il pavimento non era stato lavato (abbiamo trovato macchie di trucco), e per di più il personale è stato scortese e arrogante (alzando la voce, rimproverando, accusando e offendendo) difronte a ragazzini di 16 anni

Condizioni igieniche pessime,servizio scortese e arrogante.Peli,scarafaggi e polvere.Abbiamo vissuto una gita scolastica pessima in questi hotel.Dopo aver chiesto la pulizia delle camere la situazione non è cambiata,sostituendo altre tovaglie non pulite

Struttura visitata durante una gita scolastica. Essendo già stato avvisato da un collega fortunatamente non ho dovuto constatare una situazione peggiore di quella che mi era stata descritta. Valutazione nel complesso sufficiente ma nulla più.

Meravigliosa accoglienza, parcheggio per il bus , con un gruppo di 50 persone. Persone solari, accoglienti e simpatiche. Da consigliare vivamente. Bisogna assolutamente ritornare appena ci si trova in zona.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura il 30 settembre 2023 con una gita organizzata. Ci hanno accolto con cordialità e professionalità. Le stanze molto pulite,letti comodi. La colazione abbondante e lo staff molto simpatico.
