I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my parents, and I couldn't be more pleased with their experience. From the moment they arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort. Not only were they incredibly helpful and considerate, but their politeness truly made my parents feel welcome. The rooms were impeccable – spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. It's rare to find a hotel that consistently exceeds expectations, but they managed to do just that. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Good property, has a white theme altogether. Rooms are aesthetically pleasing. Little far from the ghats, will have to commute via auto to ghats etc.

Pathetic service rooms are not cleaned after the use and when you order breakfast be ready to wait for 2 hours as there is no stock at hotel they will bring rashan and then cook. Its a marriage hall not a hotel with only 10 roomsin it

No wifi no tv is working. This a not a hotel this feel like a guest house you are staying with no facilities

The property is okay but in breakfast you have to reduce quantity to get what you want you can't get 2 paratha & poha take 1 cab facility is pathetic in prior booking to they refused laundry service is not there rooms ac are non functional the staff is impolite & has nothing called customer satisfaction pathetic experience not recommended there are many better options this property is pathetic the staff goes to extend saying aapne paise make my trip ko dye hai hame ni poor management air conditioning not available at hotel till last day poor management pathetic hotel avoid staying here

There were no working acs in our rooms and no hot water in the morning. The staff was also unresponsive for any complaints or requests.

The hotel is definitely beautiful to look at, could do better with the room service. A big shoutout to ankit mishra he provided excellent customer service.
