Location is good but quite old property. Hotel need renovation, at-least in rooms. Service is also below average

Restaurant take order and at time of delivery he forgets order. Hotel bad sheet are very poor and are not clean

The room was not tidy, washroom had cobwebs hanging, tv was without any channels subscription, only toiletry provided was one soap, ac was preset at 18 and no remote was given. Also whenever you move out of the hotel with small bag, staff will keep on asking "are you checking out. I guess they want you to lock yourself in and don't move out until n unless u r checking out.

Flush of the bathroom and is not working properly. Taste of the food is horrible. Swimming pool without water. Telephone is also not working properly.

Two years ago, i stayed in this hotel, its location and service were very good but today staying in this hotel is no less than terrible. No one answers the phone at reception or in room service.

I booked the hotel for two reasons: 1. Swimming pool 2. 24*7 restaurant both things were not present basic amenities in the hotel were also not good. Old infrastructure, definitely needs a renovation

I found this property through one of my friends. He suggested the hotel is at good location and service is nice. And after my booking i checked in, and staff was very helpful, food was good. And location of this hotel is at the centre of banaras. Every tourist place is near by it. My stay here was comfortable.

This is the worst experience i’ve ever had at a hotel in recent times. Starting with the room telephone not working, khichdi ordered for dinner which was like rice and dal mix. In breakfast instead of buffet it was told no buffet t and place order as limited cp plans for the day (on a sunday. So imagine the occupancy rate of the hotel by yourself. And here starts the actual fun. Limited options were offered. Sandwich - mayonnaise was supposedly applied but god knows what was it. A loo pratha - had hardly any salt and by the look of it nobody would say it was freshly cooked. In cut fruit papaya was given but it was just too raw- non palatable. Ready-made sachet tea was given, anybody can understand by the taste of it. But the hotel guys didn’t agree to it that it’s sachet tea. Cancel-led my booking for the 2nd night to which thankfully the hotel guys agreed and i could check out and move to a different hotel.

Property location is excellent. I booked royal club room for 3 nights but facilities were poor. Tv not functioning all 3 days, torn curtain, no shaving kits, dental kits provided. Dining service was also poor. Repeatedly i had to to ask for tea bags, milk, cups and spoon. Fan making too much noise. Hope siddharth hotel management will improve it. Thanks room no 214.
