Nice hotel. Clean and nice bedroom. Big and new which is not common in Varanasi. Staff very kind and helpful. Restaurant a little dark and not as new as the rooms. Totally worthy to stay. Is relaxing going back to this hotel after the intensity of Varanasi day life.

We had a very nice stay in the month of June at Dolphin Grand. The room was clean and we relished great food especially Banarasi dum aloo. The location of the property is also good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My daughter loved the hospitality.

Very nice hotel with excellent behaviour and supportive behaviour of the staff, spacious rooms, delicious food and great experience overall thanks to all the staff members. Prakash Ji, Rashi ji and Rajesh ji helped us during our stay by providing almost everything we required! Great experience!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family for two nights, and I must say it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with all major attractions just a stone’s throw away, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

This was my first time in Varanasi. I zeroed in on this hotel since it’s 15mins walk to Kedar ghat and approx 1.5kms to Dashashwamedh ghat. With lot of scepticism I booked this hotel for just two days. On arriving I was happy to see the property was very new. The rooms are decent size however felt fresh and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning worked well. Room had a smart TV, mini fridge, digital locker, bathroom amenities, in room slippers. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were very courteous, polite and helpful. Was very happy with their interactions and service provided. I liked this hotel so much that I ended up extending my stay with them for 5 days. The laundry service is another good reason to pick this hotel because it is express laundry and returned well packed. Since the staff quoted it’s a 4star property I expect unlimited packaged drinking water bottles and not limited to 4.

The hotel was quite delightful, and the staff was exceptionally hospitable. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the buffet was delicious. The travel desk was very helpful and arranged a wonderful Ganga boat ride for us. Overall 10 on 10

Excellent service from hotel front desk, travel desk, rooms were very clean rand . Hotel restaurant provided nice quality food. We were in Kashi for 2 days . Visited all temples , the guide arranged by hotel was very helpful and informative. Third day we went to Luknow using hotel car, the ride was smooth and driver Sonu was very efficiency. Mr. Rajesh at travel was good , the rates and travel was well explained prior travel and all went well as expected. Overall very good experience. Will recommend to family and friends.
