It was alright not amazing but not terrible Entertainment during the day was good , nice swimming pool , food was not great but you can’t expect much , you in Cuba Beautiful beach , nice beach and pool bar

Please do not waste your money Pool is quite nice and the beach too and that’s about it Food is garbage and I’m not a fussy eater Room dirty , mouldy, smells horribly

The hotel is nice, I like the natural plants on the main reception, rooms are big,however, I found the bathroom needs maintenance, the food at the buffet was OK for cuba, lobby entertainment team in the lobby was good.

Originally when I booked it I was told that I can check in by 2pm at the latest so we had to wait till almost 5pm so they take us to our room it was definitely what I've reserved so they took us back to the front desk and they gave another room which again wasn't what I paid for so we decided to stay in that room 2 hrs later my wife calls me and tells me that there wasn't no hot water and there where earth worms in the room so I was pissed so my wife and I met at the front desk I made a big seen and finally Ithey gave the room that I finally booked and paid for so now for the next issue the food first day it was good second day they served rotten beef the 3rd day we went next door to try there food wife and I walk over and there where birds flying in the restaurant so we where like ok we where about to get in li e to eat that's when we seen birds on the table eating out of people's plates that's when we got up and left I can go on and on about poor maintenance done to the rooms and hotel the few positive things where the bartender at the cigar bar he was great 4 stars to him pool bar had a great local band that was really good great staff except the front desk good beer and rum was the best thing there oh yehh bathrooms near the bar was really bad urine smell well I'm going to end it here definitely 1 star what a shame

Good place, unfortunately they don’t give you any soaps or shampoos, you need to bring everything with you

No spaces with air conditioning for relaxing at the bar. The only space with air conditioning is at the main restaurant. At the beach you don’t have a close bar. Hard to have a cold drink at the beach. The plastic glasses at the beach are to small to take any drink at the beach. The food at the restaurant is good and varied. The beach and the water are amazing!

I got mi baggage in the room and items was stolen

Приезжаю в этот отель второй раз)в 2023 году в то же время было чуть лучше по сервису и было меньше людей) сравню 2023 год и сейчас Брали номер с видом на океан, вид просто супер! Во-первых, в прошлом году не было проблем с ромом, коктейли делали намного лучше (та же пинаколада никогда не была в дефиците, это был лучший коктейль, сейчас же не было молока и ее делали кое-как). Сейчас же после большого наплыва туристов в баре оставались только водка и виски Во-вторых, большая проблема с полотенцами, синих полотенец не было первые два дня, потом их поменяли всего пару раз и то после продолжительных уговоров. Белые полотенца поменяли два раза. Прачечная не справлялась из-за наплыва туристов В- третьих, в столовой за едой были огромные очереди, всегда очень шумно, пока был наплыв латинцев) Как только закончились выходные, стало сразу поспокойнее) В прошлом году было очень много креветок, ехали собственно ради них, но в этот раз были постоянно крабы, которых неудобно раскалывать, только если зубами раскусывать) Фруктов стало намного больше! Кондиционер работает отлично только утром и ночью, днем видимо опять же из за большого наплыва туристов не справлялся, и было душно. В бунгало было всегда стабильно прохладно) Из плюсов: удобное расположение отеля около Варадеро, все в шаговой доступности. Этот отель стоит чуть ли не первым около города, из-за чего мы его и выбирали. Вечерний бар около сигарного магазина лучше всех баров на территории, там в основном пили дайкири) Можно расплачиваться в магазине в отеле картой МИР. Самостоятельно добирались потом в аэропорт,без проблем помогли с такси, цена 40$ Но если и есть какие-то минусы, то океан компенсирует все! И мы ехали сюда именно за этим, а остальное мелочи) На удивление всегда свободный пляж, рядом расположен отель по дороже - там всегда очень много людей! Просто не войти У нас пляж всегда свободный) Так же по сравнению с прошлым годом появились всякие качели на пляже, поменяли мусорки) Видно, что потихоньку добавляют улучшения) Покрытие вайфая намного больше, раньше дальше отеля не ловило, теперь же ловит на пляже) В целом отелем остались довольны, иначе не приехали бы второй раз, но на следующий раз уже подумаем, вернемся ли сюда третий раз) А так для первого вашего путешествия на Кубу однозначно рекомендую!

Жили в бунгало. Все по кубински в меру убитое. Вода приветственная одна большая бутылка Еда пластмассовая как почти везде на кубе. В основном канадцы и наши. Пляж хороший ну просто очень. Расположение отличное. В целом нормально. Комары есть но не много.

O melhor custo benefício de resorts em varadero. Tem uma variedade de comidas nas refeições, piscinas limpas e o hotel estava limpo. Eu com certeza voltaria.

Atendimento perfeito! Todos muito cordiais. Fartura em alimentos e bebidas. O único problema é que não havia toalhas de banho. Disponibilizaram apenas toalhas de rosto e alegaram que lavanderia não havia entregue.

Hotel molto turistico, gestito male e igene e cibo pessimi. Non lo consiglio per niente. Classico hotel per ubriaconi

Хороший отель. Идеальное расположения. Питание для кубы тоже хорошее. Голодным не останетесь.
