The amenities are not available. Dinner and breakfast buffet was all cold. During buffet they do not provide a la carte. The property is not at all maintained and is unclean and smelly.

The duty manager was extremely helpful and provided us with amazing experience right from start of my stay. From the moment I arrived, there warm welcome set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Whether it was accommodating special requests or providing recommendations, The staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly exceptional.

日本のホテルの水準と同じレベルです。 周辺にはマクドナルド、バーガーキング、スターバックスコーヒーなどのチェーン店があるので、食事には困らないと思います。ホテルのレストランも日本人でも食べられるレベルの辛さです。

The Mocktails which are crafted very well by ANARAM for eg pomegranate margarita (in photo). Apart from other team members are fabulously working on continuous improvement of the restaurant. I see the food & experience is continuously growing in daily basis (as i visit Zodiac 2-3 times a week) The lost of words couldn't appreciate more...

Good experience in Vapi! I had a comfortable stay in a clean and well-maintained room. The breakfast buffet offers both Indian-style and Western-style options. To add one last thing, Subhasis, Akanksha, Arwa and Suraj are friendly staffs and support me during wy stay.

Awesome food and ambience. We have visited on 6th June and love the service provided by hotel staff. We have been served by Narendra and Kuldeep. Both of them is nice. We have also ordered tea which is absolutely fantastic with complementary cookies.

We had a great time at the Fortune Park Galaxy Vapi. Thank you for the stay. Chef Kuldeep was very cordial. Mr. Narendra was very helpful during our visit. The service was great. We had a great breakfast at the hotel as well. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a luxurious and elegant feel.

Food is great and rooms are always clean. Swati always welcome with a smile and Mr. Ajit is always there to ensure the quality and hygiene is maintained. Kudos to the entire team and yes it is the best place to stay in Vapi and don't miss out on breakfast.
