They were able to check us in early when we got there, and kept our bags secured up front when we were checking out as we had late afternoon flights but morning checkout. Very friendly front desk staff throughout the whole stay! Also in a very prime location downtown!

The location is very good as it is in the city centre, 4-5 minutes by walk to the Burrard station and Waterfront station.
Although the hotel is old(there are only one lift), it is clean.
There are not so many choices for breakfast menu, but it is fine.

挺好的 就在市中心 離飯店很近 周邊的環境很不錯 許多商店和商場都在附近 就是房間有點小 一個人住還行 早餐比較單調 還行吧總體

房間太小，但是這個價格這個地點也不能期待太高。總體還算舒適，安靜。停車收費大概26加幣，就是不太好找到停車場。

We were disappointed about the Pub that was close in that evening we wanted to have our dinner in the same place of our hotel.
We checked their menu and seemed pretty good, but we have to go out to dine in other restaurant.
