Never stayed at a F1 hotel that didn't have ensuite bathroom....bit of a shock when we arrived late at night. Shared toilets were not nice to use but had been cleaned by the morning. Bedroom was very clean but bed was hard and uncomfortable. Handy location for onward travel but a long way from Antibes centre etc

Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free.

The interior decor is fun and they have options for breakfast (not a ton), the room is rather cramped but can serve for a few nights.

Tout etait parfait accueil ,restaurant courte paille a côté recommandé par l hotel _15%,petit dejeuner parking fermé la nuit .La decoration sympa ,chambre juste ce qu il faut.La seule chose negative cela sent la cigarette dans le couloir...

Très forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre 137, idem sur les draps. Remontées d'odeurs dans la douche. Il y a un papier d'aluminium qui recouvre quelque chose au plafond (lampe, détecteur de fumée ?).

J’ai passé qu’une seule nuit mais calme car j’avais appréhension de bruit le matin car je travaillais de nuit mais tout c’est bien passé
