Hotel & room nice, but aircond not cool only air. After complain they come to fix and tell us will be ok during 15-20 minutes. After that time still not cold, i ask to fix again but not come untill 10 pm. Ask for changes room also can’t. So solution that i have just open one of the window to make a cool air come and have circulation of air. Luckly I get to stay in a high level.

Value for money and good for short trip. Easy to find restaurant and convenient shop

The moment we entered the three-bedroom apartment, there was an unpleasant smell, similar to the odor of leftover food. The main reason we chose this apartment was its swimming pool, but we were quite disappointed upon checking in and discovering that the pool was out of order. It was scheduled to be repaired only by the following Monday (24/2/2025), by which time we would have already checked out. Additionally, the hot water was not hot enough, and halfway through my shower, it ran out completely. What kind of "premium" suites are these? The bedsheets and towels also had a strange smell!

poor service i want to solve problem their just indifferent the window in toilet can see someone walk over after many complain just apply sticker for me and the wall light wont light up even wires cut also the bed quilt very dirty

Nice place to stay..but the security is very strict and abit spoil the stay here. Never the least it's new experience.

I booked two different types of apartments, but the hotel kindly upgraded one, allowing us to stay on the same floor, directly across from each other. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views. Families are very satisfied :)

Location is good. Walking distance from a lot of food and convenience stores and there's no need to go all the way up to the mountain top. However, the cleanliness needs to be greatly improved. There were many cobwebs and spiders in the rooms. The sofa has a lot of stains as well as one of the bed sheets. Front desk service needs improvement as the 3pm check-in queue was roughly 30-40 minutes. Front desk staff are not very helpful as they are unaware of any of the hotel's facilities, events or amenities. Check-out was another disaster as the wait for the lift was on average 45 minutes. If you book the mountain room, there's a main stretch of road where much of the road noise can be heard all night. If you book the city view, you have to deal with the on going construction noise nearby. You're expected to keep the place clean and dispose of any garbage at the refuse room, but they didn't provide any garbage bags. Overall, its decent for a casual stay - a bed to sleep on, hot water to shower, small kitchen to cook instant noodles if you need to, free parking for hotel guests - but don't expect much else. No comment on the facilities as I didn't use them.

Bit confused on arrival since lack or signboard to check-in location but cleared by guard posted at front entrance. More confused when heading to lobby location from parking level to lobby since again lack of directions signboards to designated area. Should be more warnings and signs since there's two hotel in one building. But wifi at it's best on location helps with my online works.

Clean room just check in not so efficient

The location wasn't ideal, the maintenance was lacking, and the amenities were basic.
