Lokasi sangat bagus, tepat di sebelah balai kota. Kamar yang nyaman dan tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman. Kebisingan di dalam ruangan minimal. Dua lift sedang digunakan. Staf yang ramah. Ini benar-benar direkomendasikan.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. However, the room given to us was for smokers while we're not smokers and the smell was very annoying. Also, it was very cold.

Good spot, it's really close to central, and there are restaurants and bars nearby.

地理位置優越，距離華金索羅拉火車站4公里不到，打車10歐以內搞定，步行去皇后廣場，絲綢交易所，英國宮都行，周邊餐館眾多，豐儉由人。 酒店建成時間很久，硬件方面稍落後，入住的時候前台還在裝修，期間碰到一次洗澡熱水斷水，反饋後半小時解決，總體很滿意。 酒店沒有停車場，租車需要去酒店旁邊的停車場，22歐一天

Excellent location, excellent breakfast. Tiny rooms. No hair conditioner or body lotion provided. No coffee machine in room. Otherwise loved it!

Great location...but hotel is run down..lack of maintenance...not Good Value for the cost!!!!!! This hotel is overpriced!!!!!

The staff at the hotel are incredible! They made our stay! The hotel needs a couple of upgrades but the location is perfect.

Great location. There was a festival going on while we were there and there was constant fireworks and parades. The windows were double paned so you couldn’t even tell anything was going on outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful with what things to see and restaurants to go to.

They have the most friendly staff and the room is very clean. Perfect location too!

Amazing place but hotel under construction makes a lot of noise from 8 am so you can’t sleep late

Had a great visit, central location close to all the bars restaurants and easy to get around town

The location is excellent. Easy walking distance from the metro station serving airport. Old town close. I even walked to the the City of Arts and Sciences. On arrival I asked a room that is not noisy and it was said so. It turned out that the room 107 was probably the noisiest in the hotel. A restaurant terrace almost below and dumpsters being empied at all hours. And windows not isolationg noise at all. Inside, room doors constatly banging very loudly (a group of friends in separate rooms going back and forth). I did not sleep much. It was not possible to change rooms until the next day. Then I got room 503. It was like a different hotel, nice and quiet, although rather small. So if you don't like noise, be sure not to get a room on the first floor facing the street. Good breakfast.
