Excellent attention from all the staff. Very good room, excellent cleanliness and everything you need to be comfortable, very complete buffet breakfast with ample hours, very good location on the waterfront, covered garages with space to enter and exit well.

Terrible attention to passengers since they prefer a staff meeting to attend in their restaurant, at 2:00 p.m. I went to lunch and they didn't let me in, in the end the housekeeper had to intervene and they treated me there.

The hotel does not meet minimum safety standards in parking lots. I couldn't leave the hotel, because other passengers blocked access to them, even parking on the sidewalk. The curious thing is that the hotel placed cones, protecting customers who parked incorrectly. The most serious thing, in my opinion, is that they even block access to the hotel. In a real emergency, a fire for example would be a real disaster. I brought this situation to the attention of the reception who informed me that the clients "don't pay attention." Unusual response for a 5-star hotel. How can they not put up barriers to prevent that. In addition, there is a parking lot with access from the back street, which is empty, with no signs of being occupied, and about which there is no information. In my opinion it is a negligent situation on the part of the hotel, which I will report to the company where I work. July 11, 2023

The service was very good, we attended with a group of professionals and we all had dinner two nights at the Hotel, with excellent service, I especially want to thank the Hotel operations manager and all the staff who assisted us

We stayed here as an emergency because before continuing on our way to Chiloe our car broke down, so my husband and I were looking for a mechanic and we reserved a room to leave our things and see if the issue was resolved (we came in at 10 am and they charged us for the entire day and also left me paying for one more night in case there was no repair with the car) they charged us 450 thousand pesos, which I find an ABUSE and I don't even understand where they got those values from, due to the desperation of the moment and since we are not from the area we pay it. The lady at the reception was bad, the room was poor, without air conditioning, terrible wifi, super ugly and outdated, not worth what they charge. It should be noted that they did NOT give us a ticket and that the mechanic also resolved the issue within 2 hours after check-in. Clearly they did not refund our money, not even for the night we did not use (they were expecting us in Chiloe so we could not delay and stay there that night) we left with a tremendous feeling of being robbed

It may be the last time we occupy a Diego de Almagro. They gave us a room without air conditioning and the reception was aware of it. Only because the reservation was for 7 days did they try to change us. The hotel food left a lot to be desired. Tough and inedible meats. We decided to eat out as much as possible. In La Serena, the same hotel chain, with similar menus, the quality was different. In the parking lot, passengers left their cars at the entrance, on both sides of the access and no one controlled that the correct spaces were used. Notice was given and no action was taken. We paid for three people and every day we had to order the third set of towels. The location of the Hotel is very good, but it is a place whose facilities are old and neglected. I pay attention to the garzones and egrets. Very friendly at all times and diligent.

Bad attention, bad manners from the lady in charge, no company with the client, for taking a few minutes to leave they charged us a fine, a shame, the worst Hotel, and expensive, nothing is justified, Malian breakfast, luckily we changed to another a thousand times better

The hotel has an ideal location on the waterfront, it is very well maintained, everything works, the breakfast is very complete and delicious, the staff's attention is excellent and good value for money, I recommend it!

Excellent location, the view is privileged and the facilities are ideal, with parking or comfortable and sheltered. I requested a room without carpets (I'm allergic) they gave me one on the fifth floor with a direct view of the street-street river. The stay was a dream (I went for work) I walked without the bitela teacher to all the relevant places. A wonderful view and at night I could see how the song says “the moon bathing in the river.”

Rooms without air conditioning, dirty carpets, bathroom in poor condition. Terrible breakfast service, they do not replace the buffet in a timely manner, when they replace it we are already leaving the dining room, scarce and bad. Dark parking lot. Reception staff unfriendly AND INDEFERENT TO WHAT WAS STATED REGARDING THE LEAK IN THE BATHING POND. FINALLY I HAD TO FIX IT SO I COULD SLEEP. Bad price ratio.

We stayed with my husband and my 6-year-old daughter from Friday to Sunday and it was an experience to forget; The first night we spent there, I woke up to the noise of someone trying to open the door, my husband got up and when he came out, there was no one, we assumed that someone had made a mistake and realized that they were trying to open the door. A few minutes after this, an older man in a completely drunken state enters the room; We shouted him out, I called the reception and they confirmed that they had given him the key to our room: we couldn't believe it, many times the keys demagnetize, but can they give you the key to any room? I called the reception and they didn't even apologize, the receptionist was worried about serving other people. I think that if they do not have protocols so basic as to let someone enter any room, they should not be following COVID protocols.

The location in Valdivia is excellent! The services in general of the hotel are good, the attention of the staff is very cordial, we had no major problems except that the night we wanted to have dinner the service ended at 9:30 p.m. and when we arrived around 8:00 p.m. they told us that they had run out of food, yes, without food… something that is unpresentable in a hotel rated “4 stars”; I don't know he gave us any option/solution so we had to go out and find a place to have dinner on a Sunday night! Regarding parking, they have a good area so we never had a problem finding space.
